Good Work

Jason carefully placed the duplicated invitation in his car, strategically leaving it where his diligent bodyguard, Jose, would inevitably come across it. He knew that Jose’s reaction to the invitation could potentially reveal valuable information. As he prepared for school the next morning, Jason kept a watchful eye on Jose.

Walking towards the garage, Jason feigned casualness as he noticed Jose leaning against the car, a perplexed expression on his face. Jason approached, pretending not to notice Jose’s momentary hesitation and quickly glanced at the invitation. “Morning, Jose. Anything interesting?” he asked, attempting to hide his curiosity.

Jose’s eyes darted nervously before he carefully tucked the invitation away. “Ah, just found this in the car, Jason. It must have fallen out of somewhere,” he replied, his tone slightly strained.
