Frustration laced Austin's voice.

He eyed Alison with a mix of concern and frustration. "Here you are, clinging to me when you have this massive issue with your husband, and Angela's health is failing? What happens to the others? What about everyone else?!"

Discomfort gnawed at him. He couldn't articulate his own turmoil, but he knew Alison hovering around him like a lost puppy wasn't the answer when her own life was a house on fire.
