Chapter 13

After finishing their meal, Maximus led Bonnie to the park.

As they walked together, people passing by assumed they were a couple, but they had never clarified this misunderstanding. Suddenly, Maximus opened his mouth and said:

"Bonnie, at the end of this month, the Tiki Corporation will be conducting a donation drive to support orphanages, including the one we live near. Would you like to go back and see?"

"Really? That's wonderful! How much will Tiki Corporation donate?" Bonnie asked curiously.

Maximus calmly replied, "Not much! They donate $10 million every year, along with essential supplies for the children and extracurricular educational programs!"

Bonnie's eyes lit up with joy, as she was happy for the orphaned children at the orphanage. Life there was not easy, and the monthly amount of money she sent was not much. If Tiki Corporation could support the children's lives in the future, she wouldn't have to worry.

"Is this also because of your efforts to help?" Bonnie suddenly turned to look at Maximus and asked.

Maximus shook his head and laughed, "What are you thinking! I'm just a small deputy director, how could I influence the leaders? You think too highly of me!"

Hearing his words, Bonnie also nodded, "You're right!"

Realizing it was getting late, Maximus said, "You should head back soon."

"Okay! I'll drive back first!" Bonnie nodded. She also needed to take care of some company matters. Moreover, knowing that Maximus had driven here, she wasn't worried about his transportation.

The reason Bonnie had a car was also because she became the director of the OZZ company. The company provided her with a free BMW car for transportation.

Watching Bonnie disappear, Maximus turned around and walked to the parking lot, then drove away in his own car.

Returning home around 8 p.m., Maximus had barely slept for six hours when his phone rang.

"Who's this?"

Maximus calmly asked.

"It's me, the chairman!"

"Oh! It's Olivia, right? Come to the mansion, I'll brush my teeth and have breakfast, then we can go to the corporation together!"

After speaking, he hung up the phone.

Today was Monday, the day of the shareholders' meeting that Kaytlyn had announced.

Maximus was also eager to know the attitude of these people and, at the same time, he could use the system to conduct a loyalty survey among them.

Waiting for Olivia to arrive, Maximus had almost finished eating the food on the table.

When he saw Olivia, it was the first time they officially met face to face outside. Olivia was beautiful, around 1.72 meters tall, with an attractive figure that made Maximus look at her multiple times, using his eye skills to assess her loyalty.

"Chairman!"

"Yeah! Take a seat!"

Maximus nodded casually, pointing to a chair.

As Olivia sat down, a piece of information also appeared on her head.

[Target: Olivia Frank]

[Loyalty Score: 80 points]

Seeing Olivia's score, Maximus nodded slightly. This level of loyalty was acceptable. Maximus trusted that as long as Olivia wasn't foolish, she would not betray him.

"Give me a brief report about the other people who will be present at today's meeting," Maximus said.

"Yes, Chairman."

Olivia began introducing each person's name, information, and position to Maximus.

After listening to all of them, Maximus finished his meal.

"Let's go!"

After saying that, Maximus left the mansion, with Olivia hurrying to catch up from behind.

It took about 15 minutes to reach the company, and Olivia immediately led Maximus to the meeting room of the corporation.

As they entered the meeting room, Maximus could feel the scrutinizing gazes, but he paid little attention to them. Sitting in the chairman's seat, next to him was a beautiful girl, none other than Kaytlyn, the deputy CEO of Tiki Corporation.

Tiki Corporation had 40 people holding high positions in the company. When they saw Maximus entering, they immediately stood up to welcome him, although there were a few who showed a slight unwillingness.

In the eyes of these people, there was disdain, admiration, concern...

Maximus started looking at them, the CEO, the executive CEO, the deputy CEO, the executive director, the deputy executive director, the chief inspector, the deputy chief, and other positions.

Each position, from high to low, brought a sense of seriousness.

Maximus looked at each person, and his eyes quickly examined their loyalty. Immediately, information and loyalty scores appeared above their heads.

The highest score was 88, and he never expected to see a score of 0. However, he had already thought about this, so he wasn't completely surprised. With a quick glance, he discovered something very interesting.

Unexpectedly, the person with the highest loyalty score here was Kaytlyn.

This beautiful girl not only did not resent him for contesting her grandfather's entire estate but also remained loyal to him. This was something he hadn't expected before, but it was good that he didn't have to deal with her.

Then Maximus spoke, his voice deep and low.

"Give me a report on the company's situation."

Maximus tapped the table with his pen, speaking in a cold and detached manner.

Although it was his first day at work, following the normal protocol for new employees, it was necessary to introduce himself.

Sitting beside him, Kaytlyn breathed a sigh of relief when she saw Maximus speaking confidently.

Tiki Corporation, even though it could be said that it belonged to her in the absence of Maximus, was originally not hers. She was taken in and raised by Mr. Darius. It was a great kindness, and she had never thought of inheriting Tiki Corporation. She only wanted to repay Mr. Darius.

Before his death, Mr. Darius had asked her to stay and help Maximus.

She agreed, so her loyalty to Maximus was only slightly lower than her loyalty to Mr. Darius.

She had no intention of causing trouble for Maximus. On the contrary, she hoped Maximus could help Mr. Darius preserve Tiki Corporation. After all, Tiki Corporation was Mr. Darius's dedication and hard work.
