Yvonne was rushed to the hospital and Reece was in the waiting area with a worried expression.

He kept thinking about how he was going to raise his kid without his mother. He didn't want to lose Yvonne he had never been scared of losing something in his entire life until now.

Soon a doctor walked out with a straight face.

"How is she?"

"She is still alive sir." The doctor replied and Reece sighed in relief.

"We managed the get the poison out of her system but she might not wake up soon. And even if she does she would be very weak. We gave her the antidote after identifying the poison but it would take a while for it to be effective." The doctor said.

"Thank you doctor."

"We'll move her to a private ward soon." The doctor said and Reece nodded.

He was glad she was still alive that means she didn't give up. He would do anything to make her wake up as soon as possible.
