Victor pressed the key, and his bike started making a sound as he knew the exact location where the bike was. They walked towards the bike and stood next to it. The bike was dark blue and had a huge box in front of it that looked like a storage space.“You know how to ride a bike, right?” Spencer asked softly.“Of course,” he answered. Victor got his third order as he went to make the delivery. He got a five-star rating from the customer after making the delivery. He got back to the office and sat down in the waiting room as he pushed the green button, waiting for his next order. He had a bright smile across his lips; he was feeling very confident in his way of doing things, and he was happy that he was now getting the five-star ratings that he badly needed. His fourth order came in as he went to get the package and go make the delivery. On delivering the package, he told the customer to give him five-star ratings. He got the five-star rating and went back to the company, but now it was late and his shift was over. He quickly remembered what Spencer had advised him about working two shifts if he ever wanted to become employee of the month. He went to the lady who was behind the front counter. "Okay, ma’am, I am on my way,” he muttered as he ended the call.Victor wondered why she sounded like that on the phone, but he didn’t want to pay attention to it; all he needed was to deliver the package and get a 5-star rating. He started the bike and drove off.He arrived in front of a small condo, parked the bike, and came down. He took out his phone and called the lady’s number; she answered the call.“Where are you, ma’am? I’m in front of the house; can you come out?” He asked calmly.“No, bring the package inside for me, darling; the front door is opened,” she answered in a slurry tone.“Are you sure?” He inquired; he wanted to be sure that he had permission to go into the house.“Of course, if I am not sure, I won’t tell you to come inside,” she answered.“Okay, I’m bringing the package now,” he muttered as he ended the call. He sat down and took out the delivery phone. He went to the statistics section and saw that his total ratings were now at 98.70%.‘Fuck!’ He screamed in his head. He was furious that his overall ratings have now been reduced and hoped that he would be able to get it up by only getting five stars for the rest of the days, or at least for the rest of the month. But Victor knew that even if he wanted to report the illegal activities, he would have to go with evidence. So, he thought of plotting something that would allow the supervisor to leave him inside his office alone so that he could get evidence of the activities that they were doing.But Victor needed to apply for a night shift, which he didn’t do because he panicked and ran off. He went back to the supervisor’s office.He knocked on the front door. “Come in!” Matt yelled from inside. Victor went in, and Matt was sitting down behind his desk. Victor walked over to his desk and sat down on one of the seats that was in front of him.“What brings you here?” Matt asked, raising an eyebrow.“I came to tell you that I will be doing a night shift today,” Victor responded softly.“Oh, okay,” Matt muttered.
