A small urban city that is under the jurisdiction of the Brown Bears. That city has been in the hands of the Brown Bears for a hundred years now, and they still continue to trust the Bears despite the criticism against them. People say that the Brown Bears are nothing but a squad of ruffians and scoundrels. But to Vincent, they are the true symbol of heroism despite all the hate. It took 8 hours to reach Rockmington. And as the commander and Vincent walked down the airport, just like what happened in Hail-Town, people are waiting outside the airport to welcome Vincent, their newest member.
