Before Vincent could leave for Hail-Town, he said goodbye to his father and his siblings. Jameson hugged his son as Vincent then went aboard the private plane of the Brown Bears. Vincent looked out the window as they took flight. The Hail-Town City is at the northern continent. A small urban city that is under the jurisdiction of the Brown Bears. That city has been in the hands of the Brown Bears for a hundred years now, and they still continue to trust the Bears despite the criticism against them. People say that the Brown Bears are nothing but a squad of ruffians and scoundrels. But to Vincent, they are the true symbol of heroism despite all the hate. Nevertheless, Anthony proceeded with his aim. He explained to the new recruits, that even though this squad is dubbed as the worst squad in the world, they are still heroes at the end of the day. They save and they protect. Risking ones life doesn’t need permission, if anyone ever feels that risking ones life is the only way, then they are free to do something heroic. It took 8 hours to reach Rockmington. And as the commander and Vincent walked down the airport, just like what happened in Hail-Town, people are waiting outside the airport to welcome Vincent, their newest member. Cameras are flashing, but since Ian needs to brief this brat quickly, he used his powers. Thunder clapped throughout the sky and with just a blink of an eye, the two were gone. Using his lightning powers, Ian and Vincent arrived in front of the 16th Division HQ. They went in and people saluted at Ian. They immediately went to the Commander’s office to brief Vincent. Ian told him that Vincent will not be on the field. Instead, he will be here in the office, handling documents, and if gets a green light from Ian, then he will go out there and save people. It’s been two weeks since Vincent has been appointed to the 10th unit, and he is doing pretty great. There are no natural disasters happening over the past 2 weeks, but everyone is now ready if it suddenly hits. Vincent wasn’t removed from the 10th unit as the unit itself has learned to appreciate what Vincent was doing. The fact that the division kept such a great talent to handle just documents was absurd. Vincent’s chances of winning the rookie of the year are rising significantly and the other rookies are now worrying as Four-Eyed Miles has officially debuted 2 weeks ago. Sophia, who is currently the 3rd rookie in the rankings was very delighted to know that his idiot brother is now in action. Like, everyone is just so glad that the supposed super rookie is now out in the streets.
