"You deserve to be treated like this, you bastard, stupid!" Thomas was outraged at being humiliated in front of all the employees, he stood up holding his stomach in pain. He wanted to retaliate against William, but he was held back by the man with him.

"Remember, Thomas, I was kind enough to buy stocks in your company so you wouldn't go bankrupt. You understand?" Thomas just stared at William angrily, while William fixed his slightly disheveled black suit. Unable to deny it, Thomas had to suppress his anger today.

William then started to implement his plan, he carried out a massive layoff of poorly performing employees there, then opened job vacancies with very strict selection criteria. He bought some of the shares of the Patterson family's company not only as revenge but also to repay his father-in-law's kindness. William wouldn't let the large company in Melbourne go bankrupt because of that asshole Thomas's incompetence in managing it.

"Sandy? I need you to handle everything here according to the rules I've made before for the next few days." William instructed his colleague to take care of the big company.

After firing poorly performing workers at Patterson Asset Management, William and his colleague quickly left. Seeing them go, Thomas walked towards his office, venting his anger by overturning his desk.

"You bastard, William!" He screamed like a madman, his face turning red with anger that dominated him. He was not pleased with William's attitude, as he saw it as an insult. However, shortly after, Bianca entered his office and was surprised to see things scattered on the floor.

"What's wrong, honey?" Bianca walked towards Thomas and hugged him from behind. However, Thomas, who was still angry, looked angry. He told her that her ex-husband had bought shares in their family company and was treating it badly. Hearing this, Bianca was surprised. "What is this? You're not kidding, are you?"

"How could I be joking!" His face looks tense right now, and he's thinking about something. Thomas approaches Bianca and stares at her intently, "Darling? Do you love me?" He asks, and of course, Bianca nods. Thomas is the only man loved by a woman named Bianca. 

The man then smiles broadly, "Well then, lend me some money. I want to pay back that bastard's insult!'' The slender woman immediately squints her eyes, "H-how much do you need?'' Then, Thomas whispers the amount of money he wants to borrow.

''What?!'' Bianca is surprised after finding out the amount. “Five million dollars is not a small amount of money, Thomas.” She's almost shocked, but Thomas begs pleadingly.

''Don't you pity me for being insulted by your ex-husband in front of the employees?''

Bianca closes her eyes for a moment, takes a long breath, and says, ''Alright.'' Despite her heavy heart, she still lends the money to her secret lover. She transferred a portion of the money to Thomas' account right away.

 “Check your account, I've sent it,” she said. Thomas checked his account and the money, worth five million dollars, arrived in a flash. Overjoyed, Thomas hugged Bianca and said, “You're not only beautiful, Bianca, but you're also incredibly kind.”

"This is the recording you wanted, Mr. William." Matthew approached William who was relaxing in his room, the middle-aged man handed over a flash drive to William. He gave a thin smile, "Thank you, sir." Not wanting to disturb his young master's rest, Matthew left William's room. Meanwhile, the 32-year-old man immediately opened his laptop and watched the recording saved on the flash drive given by Matthew earlier.

"The game has just begun, Thomas. You have just entered my trap." William smirked after watching a video. Shortly after, Hendry entered his room, making his son slightly startled. 

"Holy shit, Dad just scared me." The old man gave a thin smile, with the help of his cane, Hendry walked over to William and sat next to him.

"William, I want to tell you something. Listen to this..." Hendry began to tell the story, telling about his mother's death after giving birth and also the attack from his uncle named Roemy. Just hearing it made William shocked and angry. He was filled with revenge at this moment, because of the actions of that cruel man, his family's life was in disarray. Even William had never seen his biological mother's face.

"Where is that bastard named Roemy now, Dad?!" Hendry immediately showed pictures of Roemy. His older brother was still alive and living in Perth. Then, his father also told him that Roemy had a son just like him.

"Can I see that son of that bastard, Dad?" William was so curious, then Hendry showed a photo to his son, "You might know him very well, William."

"Thomas?" William looked at his father as if he couldn't believe it, but Hendry nodded slowly. Yes, Thomas is Roemy's only son who is none other than William's cousin. He didn't expect this, William was silent for a moment, but Hendry gently patted his shoulder to break his reverie.

"Take revenge for me against them, William. You are my only hope. You must give them punishment for their crimes."

William nodded slowly, "Of course, Dad. I won't let criminals like them live in peace!"
