Chapter 102

Traitor.

The sky is continuously cloudless and dark, paving the way for darkness to take charge. The weather was becoming increasingly cold which signaled an apparent heavy downpour.

It's 7 pm already and they're still sleeping on the case.

"Can someone please take these handcuffs off my hands? It's messing with my skin and making me so uncomfortable," Christian requested. He has endured the pain for so long bad couldn't bear it anymore. The handcuffs were too harsh on Chris's skin which made him have a bit of bruises.

"Okay. Just hold on a second. I'm coming to do that now," one of the cops walked towards Christian intending to unlock the cuffs with the keys when Detective Job leaned forward to snatch the keys from him.

"If you move an inch from there, I'll ensure you join the suspects. Are you insane? How dare you go contrary to my order? On whose order are you operating?" Job scolded the cop.

"I was just trying to set him free, sir.

I thought the case was sorted out already?"
