The afternoon sun was high in the sky, baking the revelers in summer warmth as they clustered. The rays of sunlight

were in the middle of the afternoon, but the skies were dark gray as the afternoon dragged on.

Stephanie was already fed up with the Doctor's naughtiness. If she had the license to own a gun, she wouldn't hesitate to pull a bullet in his head.
