"Eva, what's the meaning of this? Weren't you being held captive?" Gaby asked, ignoring Scott and staring sharply at Eva. She put down the two black suitcases she was carrying.

"Well, as you can see, I'm not being held captive. I'm not even tied up at all, am I?" Eva replied, showing her hands, which she was free to move as she pleased.

Gaby snorted in annoyance, not happy with Eva's answer.

"You're playing us?" she asked loudly. "Just because you're the Boss's favorite, doesn't mean you can do whatever you want, okay! You spoiled brat!"

"Just because you have a 'special relationship' with the Boss, doesn't mean you can call me a spoiled brat, okay! You bitch!" Eva countered.

"Watch your foul mouth, okay! We came all this way to bring you home."

"I can go home myself. You don't need to bother coming here."

"You!"

"What? Wanna fight?"

Their interaction heated up quickly, a reflection of how bad their relationship had been all this time, even though they were in the same agency.
