When Luisa slowly opened her eyes, she found herself in a small, cramped room. Wondering why she couldn't move her arms, she looked down and found herself sitting tied to the back of a chair. Her legs weren't tied, but it was useless; there wasn't much she could do. She couldn't scream either because her mouth was covered with tape.

Luisa looked around, scanning the room. The room's interior was dominated by a vibe that highlighted intimacy, with colors that could arouse desire and passion. There was no doubt, this was a room that was usually used by two adults to make love.

Luisa immediately remembered the days of misfortune she had experienced at the Red Velvet brothel. The rooms at The Red Velvet were much larger and more luxurious than this room, but the vibe was similar. Remembering this of course made Luisa uncomfortable. Her heart suddenly beat faster. Her breaths also quickened.

Still scanning the room, Luisa wondered how she could have ended up there. She tried to remember wh

Outside the hotel room numbered 512, three men in black suits and white shirts stood. They had been there for over half an hour. During that time, they stood guard while chatting, talking about anything that happened to cross their minds. Then one of them, a man with a vertical scar that seemed to split his left eye, said, "What do you think the Boss is doing inside? Is he having fun with the woman?""No way! The Boss isn't like that," another man retorted."Yeah, unlike you, Roy, the Boss isn't a lecher who thinks about his crotch every second," said the other man.The man with the vertical scar called Roy smirked. He then glanced at the door, raising one eyebrow."But really, that woman is really beautiful. Her body is also proportional. Earlier, when I brought her here, my hand accidentally touched her boobs and... wow... bouncy and firm. It's such a pity that a woman like her isn't enjoyed," Roy said."Tsk! You're really an animal, Roy. Isn't there anything else you can think abou

“As you predicted, Boss, he came looking for his wife. But I'm curious, how did he know she was here?”The question was asked by one of Josh's men who was sitting in the driver's seat. Josh himself was sitting in the seat next to him, using his small binoculars to observe Scott's movements. They had been there before Scott showed up.“Don't underestimate him, Walter. Based on what I've learned from the information Colonel Fritz gave me, the person we're facing has something mysterious that makes him so strong and invincible. And we should suspect that he does have backing in the military and police in this city right now,” Josh explained.“Facing someone like him,” he continued, “we can't be reckless. We must be patient as much as possible, waiting for the right moment to ambush him and launch a fatal attack. Until that moment arrives, what we can and need to do is prepare ourselves. You should put more than a hundred percent of your ability into our mission this time.”“Yes, Boss!” W

But he was too slow.As fast as lightning, Scott moved until he stood right in front of Roy. A fraction of a second later, Roy's body was thrown back until it hit the wall. Fresh blood spurted from Roy's open mouth. When he collapsed face down on the floor, large cracks appeared on the wall that had just been hit by him.Scott lowered his head slightly, glancing at his wife who was tied to the wooden chair. Luisa, his wife, looked up at him while sobbing. The river of tears on her cheeks was still flowing freely and her hair was disheveled, and this one, which immediately ignited the fire inside Scott, a few buttons of her shirt came undone, exposing part of her breasts and cleavage.Scott took a deep breath, trying to contro

Scott looked deeply into Luisa's eyes, trying to guess what his wife was thinking. Finding Scott just silent, Luisa sighed wearily, then released Scott's hands from her arms."If you don't want to be honest with me, you better just leave. I can't live the rest of my life with someone who can't trust me. It's too painful for me," Luisa said.Scott was still silent, still trying to find the right words to say. To be honest, what Luisa had just said made everything more difficult for him. Did he have to reveal his true identity at this moment?"I'm sorry," Scott finally said. "Forgive me for hiding it from you all this time. But believe me, I did it for your own good. I did it to keep you safe."Luisa smiled cynically. Her gaze indicated that she was getting more annoyed."For my own good? To keep me safe? Then what do you think just happened to me? What, huh?!" Luisa attacked."This isn't the first time, Scott. At the Battalion I military headquarters, in the field where the helipad was located...Zach gave final instructions to his men who he had chosen to carry out the emergency special mission. They would go to the red light district as requested by Eva.Zach was actually annoyed when he found out that Eva suddenly asked him to deploy troops to the red light district. But after hearing the woman's long explanation, he immediately focused on what he had to do. The soldiers he chose for this sudden mission were his best men. He had told them that they had to be prepared to face a great force."Everything is ready, General. Please board the helicopter in the middle," one of the soldiers said, reporting to Zach.Zach nodded, then walked briskly to the helicopter in question. The helicopter blades (as well as the blades of the other two helicopters) were already spinning. The wind blew hard as Zach got closer to the helicopters. One by one, th

Scott hugged Luisa and rolled her to the side. The small arrow didn't hit them, but it didn't make Scott relieved. He suspected that the arrow also had an explosive device attached to it. Was there something he missed?"Start the engine. Contact the others and order them to stay away. Our mission ends here.""Yes, Boss."Josh had a bad feeling about the appearance of those helicopters. And if something had indeed happened and it had escaped his observation, then he would need time to rearrange his plans so that his chances of success remained high. But before that, he had to do something to bring the situation back under his control. Luisa drove, completely unaware that she was being followed. She occasionally checked her watch. All she could think about was how to get to the café where she was going to meet her client as quickly as possible.Luisa opened the digital map app on her phone, trying to find alternative routes that would allow her to cut down her travel time quickly. Unfortunately, maybe because she rarely drove, reading maps while driving like this was very difficult for her. Finally, she closed the app, grumbling. Her mind turned to her husband. If she were with Scott right now, he would likely find a shortcut fast, like she wanted.Speaking of Scott, he called her while she was having a meeting with another division. Of course, she didn’t answer. Later he sent her a text message, the content of which was unclear. Scott only asked her to be cautious and alert and to tell him right away if she saw something suspicious. Luisa read the texts, but didn’t respond.Luisa was stuck at an intersectio

  • What Do You Mean By That?

Scott listened intently to Steve’s words, his face tense. Steve explained that nothing had happened to Luisa yet, but a mysterious man had come to the office earlier looking for her. This came to light after one of the receptionists was interrogated by the head of office security. The woman had been acting strangely all day, as if she were under some kind of hypnosis. "Hypnosis? This mysterious guy hypnotized the receptionist?" [That’s correct, sir. At least, that’s what we’ve concluded for now. We’re also trying to gather information from one of the security guards. Like the receptionist, he’s been acting off all day. Their symptoms are similar.] Scott frowned. Two people (presumably) hypnotized in the same place, on the same day. Most likely by the same person. But who? What business did this guy have with his wife? Or maybe—was Scott himself the real target? "How’s the receptionist now? Have you finished interrogating her?" [Yes, sir. But we’re still holding and monitorin

Andrew stared at Scott, filled with confusion. The news about Josh's nightclubs in Nortwold being destroyed by fire was shocking to him. Everyone in Nortwold should know who Josh is. If someone dared to disrupt his business in that city, they must have something extraordinary that made them think they could destroy Josh. And did Scott really have that something extraordinary?Andrew returned to the news that Scott showed him. Was this real? Did Scott really do that shocking thing?"I want to hear your answer," Scott said, lifting his chin just slightly.Andrew looked at Scott again. He did see something different in Scott's gaze. Not only did he see it, but he could also feel it. Scott seemed to radiate something strong and pressing from his body. The aura was so strong."What if I say no?"That's what Andrew finally said, also lifting his chin slightly. The left corner of Scott’s lip lifted slightly. His eyes narrowed. And then, a moment later, when his eyes opened wide again, Andr

  • That's Just The Beginning

The veins in Andre's face stood out. The voice he'd just heard was unfamiliar, but he could feel the immense pressure, as if the air around him had thickened and he was struggling to breathe.'No doubt, he must be the one who brought Josh to this town,' Andrew thought.Josh hadn't told him exactly what he was going through or who he was facing. The only hint Andrew had was that the person was from the military or had strong connections to the military. And witnessing this sudden change in the situation, he was even more certain that his guess was correct. Whoever the person was who’d just spoken to him, their rank and position in the military must be high.“Don’t try to threaten me. You have no idea just how brutal we can be when we have no choice but to fight back,” Andrew said, assertive and aggressive.Andrew hoped his counter-threat would improve his position, but it didn’t seem like it. Scott just chuckled. Andrew could imagine his opponent smirking with sly eyes.[You don’t see

  • We'll Retreat For Now

A fleet of helicopters flew over the northern area of Mildenbrough. Each carried 5-6 men clad in bulletproof vests and fully armed. The helicopters were jet black, devoid of any markings. Clearly, they didn’t belong to any military unit."Tell the others to speed up," said Andrew, a square-faced man with a darker complexion. He was the one Josh had contacted for help. He was leading this search-and-rescue operation personally.Following Andrew’s orders, the black helicopters accelerated. The sight was startling for drivers on the roads below. However, since the helicopters were flying at a considerable altitude and the details were hard to make out, most assumed it was a military convoy.Andrew didn’t care about the drivers on the roads below. His mind was focused on Josh. He owed Josh a great deal—it was thanks to Josh that he, who had been dishonorably discharged from the military, could continue living without lacking anything. Josh had made him who he was today: the leader of a me
