“What do you mean by you know what I did?” Vera asked, amusement laced in her voice.

“I know that you killed my son.” He said firmly, pointing an accusing finger at her. “You saw him as a threat and competition and decided to eliminate him”

Vera burst into roaring laughter, shaking her head. Her, Vera, saw his late son Steve as a competition, an insane joke.

“Mr. Anderson, with all due respect, if you don’t have something tangible to say to me, I’m afraid I’ll have to ask you to leave,” Vera putting on a stoic face and a stern voice.

“I’m not going anywhere until you admit to it, or I’m going to press charges for the murder of my son.” Mr. Anderson said, wagging a fat index finger at her.

“I cannot admit to a crime I did not commit Mr. Anderson, so if you will please excuse me, I have work to do.” She said getting to work at the desk.

“You’re just trying to prove stubborn, aren’t you, what did Steve ever do to deserve that?” He asked with an emotion in his voice.
