Bella stood watch as Den, Sue, Reggie and Mandy walked up to one of the metal shelves and began to carefully remove from it the two drums of fuel; the two fuel drums that were the sole purpose of their mission, to return them to their ship in the time they had been allocated so that they could finish the level and call it a night. It sounded simple enough but it was far from it; the points Bella needed to have covered were many and the fuel drums each weighed a 100kgs and they had to make sure to get them off without bumping into or stepping on the creatures' tentacles that were dangling down the sides. The players made their way down the passageway and the tall and slimy creatures popped up and started chasing after them. Den and Reggie were pushing the trolley, Sue and Mandy were covering the front and Bella was covering the back where the creatures were hot on their tail. "Let's go guys, let's go!" a man watching on his TV shouted. "Oh man we're running out of time move, move, move!" a girl watching on her phone shouted. They ran on and came to a cross point where the creatures came at them from every direction. They stood their ground right at the center and covered all the directions as SHRIEK! SHRIEK! SHRIEK! The creatures kept on coming at them. BANG! BANG! BANG! The players shot at them and BOOF! BOOF! BOOF! They blew up here, there and everywhere; Den covered the passageway to the right, Sue covered the passageway that went straight on, Reggie and Mandy covered the one to the right and Bella covered the rear. The players exited the game and after Bella refreshened up with a hot shower and got herself into a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, she was summoned by Mr. Kingman and went into the dining room to meet with him. She walked in through the door and it was just him inside; Shane wasn't present.Bella came to an immediate stop as inside her heart skipped a beat. "Oh man here we go," a man watching on his TV said; eager but at the same time shaken by how intense the level was obviously going to be. An asylum, that was a scene where you just knew that things were going to go bad real fast. The players woke up in a big ward lying down on hospital beds; not only dressed in hospital gowns but with name tags around their left wrists. They slowly sat up looking at each other and then all around them to see just where they were; it was not only a mess with dirty floors and with the sinks flooded with black water but there were writings of blood on all sides of the moldy walls. Also the lights were dim, the windows that sat high above each bed were black and translucent and the ambiance was as creepy as creepy ambiances came. "Wow . . . "Oh man not good," a man watching on his laptop said. "This is not good." SCREECH! The doctor lingered at the door for a good while and then KOH! KOH! KOH! He walked off with the sound of his footsteps fading more with each one he took until it went quiet again. PHEW! The players breathed out heavy sighs of relief; that was too close. And the fact that they had no idea what the doctors looked like had them very much on the edge. With the screeching they were able to deduce that whatever they were they were not human and that just bumped the level a good number of notches up on the scary meter. Good for the game, for them, not so much. "What the heck was that?" Reggie asked, making sure to keep his voice low just in case. "Whatever it was . . . It's not good," Bella responded. "Ah!" two girls watching on a laptop screamed at the sight of the doctor and then laughed; with one of them even grabbing her blanket and throwing it over her face. She suspected that they were going to scare her and she was right."Oh my gosh," a man watching on his TV said. They had the anatomy of human beings but were a whole meter taller, slender bodied, dark grey in colour and had large oval shaped heads. The viewers gasped. Literally all of them. Jaws dropped and eyes widened they all just sat there like they were part of the furniture, absolutely frozen at the cruel possibility of all the players being eliminated because they had just been seen. “Oh no, oh my gosh!” a boy watching on his tablet shouted with his hands covering his ears. He was freaking out. Lora said that to move on to the next level none of the players had to be seen and literally all of them had been seen by the female patient who continued to shriek, with her marble black eyes fixed on them. “Oh my gosh! Just then SWOOSH! SWOOSH! SWOOSH! The players heard the sound of the water swishing about, someone was walking through it and knowing exactly who that someone was they kept moving; keeping themselves close to the walls and trying to get themselves as far away from the swishing water as possible and because they had all gone in different directions, this only drew them even further apart from each other. Reggie turned down a hallway and found himself at a dead end; not so dead as it had someone in it, a female patient who was standing with her back against the wall and had her head down with her eyes closed. Seeing her he immediately stopped and gave out a soft gasp and hearing it the female patient lifted her head and opened her eyes, wide open and marble black, and seeing him she did just as the patient in the ward above did, SHRIEK!
