FEAR OF A MAN

The complex seriousness Daniel bore convinced Elijah of what was really going on. Elijah calmed his nerves and looked at his hands.

Would Daniel really shoot him in the hands and legs? He was not ready to play any more games either.

However, the question of his identity was something he was not ready to give an answer to yet. It would require his life, and that was something he would not do or offer.

Daniel, running out of patience, picked up the gun and cocked it, ready to pull the trigger, “Answer me now before you become crippled in the next minute.”

“You definitely don’t want to do this, Daniel. You don’t have it in you,” Elijah responded Daniel’s threats with what he thought was a brave talkback, until Daniel decided to show him it was not a mere bluff.

“You have no idea the things I want to do, most especially to you,” Daniel said, and shot Elijah in his feet, “I want to tear you into a million pieces if that is possible.”
