Elijah was short of words because they refused to come out. Daniel was the last person he’d expected his card to be with, despite the feud that went on between both of them. He clutched his fist and his face morphed into a frown he had nothing to hide anymore. He did not need the pretense, his cover had been blown.

“I see you must be shocked about where these came from, but not to worry yourself, it is something you don’t have to be concerned about,” Daniel said, resting on the wooden chair he sat on, and folding his arms. His aura was like that of a policeman waiting for a criminal to confess his crimes, and then shoot him off.
