"They're not outside." Vida stared at Jane with wide eyes, then she looked at Sam and Ilda.
"I can't find them. It was so quiet outside, and the van they showed me yesterday wasn't there either."
As Oliver manages to save Jane and Vida, they drive past the van, which they cover with a brush. According to Vida, it is pretty intelligent.
“Don't you remember wrong, Vid?” Jane asked. He kept the ax in his hand, always on guard under any circumstances.
"Jane, I'm not you."
Jane rolled his eyes lazily. They were college friends and when the zombies attacked, they were at the foot of the hill to collect specimens. Jane often made mistakes compared to Vida.
"Then where are they? What are they doing again?” Ilda was trembling, she stood up very agitatedly. She had refused to come out of this cave for days even though Oliver said it was safe around here. She was so traumatized by what she saw then.
Her neighbors, who often talk to her die from being bitten by zombies or turning into zombies.
"Calm down, Ida. Oliver is a strong man. Just watch him save us both and make such a great shelter.” Vida tried to calm Ilda down, she made a fake smile even though inside she couldn't calm down.
Sam embraced Ilda. "Vida's words are true. We better pray he's okay, if Oliver's gone he must have a plan, Ilda.”
Ilda stared into her husband's gray eyes. She tried to believe it and finally sat back down.

"What plan?! You are crazy!" Dereck cursed at Oliver. Since earlier his body hit the car very hard, he felt pain almost all over his body.
Oliver was still trying to be so focused, his eyes didn't blink and his hands moved quickly to change gears. The car drives and then performs a high-speed drift.
Thump! Thump! Thump!
Dereck is sure that he could die at the hands of his friends!
“Oliver!”
Boom!
The van driven by Oliver crashed into a sedan at high speed, causing the sedan to be pushed so hard and hit the zombies that were blocking them. Oliver quickly controlled the steering wheel of his car, then stopped in front of the school that was his destination.
Oliver came out, he took his gun and shot several times at the zombies running in front of them. Dereck did the same, he hurriedly followed Oliver.
**
The people in the school were pale-faced, they were not excited because their food supply was running low.
They can only eat once a day.
“If we continue like this, we will die.” A blonde-haired woman spoke. His uniform had a few blood stains on it.
Everyone looks on. They looked at the complaining woman.
“Yes, we are all going to die, Leah. Are you satisfied with that?” The short-haired man in the blue jacket punched the wall. He looked distraught.
Their life expectancy was already very low, everyone knew that their lives were in danger and Leah said something that made them even more depressed.
“Nolan, I mean we should get out. I know we can do it, the zombies only respond to loud noises.” Leah stood up, she expressed what she had been thinking for a long time.
"Go out? Just go out alone, I don't want to. Many died, look at us, only a few survived.”
Leah was silent, she squeezed her hand and tried to be braver.
"We're short on food, we need to eat, Nolan."
"You can only dress up. You better shut up, Leah. Everyone here is already stressed out, plus your chatter is pissing me off even more.” Axel glared at her as he held the baseball bat and had a hideous expression. He is indeed a delinquent child who likes to bully other people.
Boom!
An explosion was heard, and everyone in the room on the third floor looked out the window.
Bang! Bang!
Gunshots were heard, and they tensed up even more. Their lips trembled and Leah watched closely what was happening.
Two people got out of the Van and killed the zombies quickly. A brown-haired man drew his medium-sized sword, Leah's eyes widened when she saw the man's movement.
“H-he killed off the zombies really quickly! We have to open the door for them!” Leah screamed, making Axel, who had been holding himself back since earlier, angry.
He pushed Leah's body against the wall.
“Damn, woman! If you do that, I will kill you!” Axel threatened. “They can cancel everyone who is here!”
Leah's neck was in so much pain that she couldn't breathe properly and saw everyone there was looking at her. They then averted their eyes, they didn't care what happened to Leah.
Nolan pulled Axel's hand, causing Leah to fall to the floor and the two men stared at her with very sharp eyes.
"Do not exaggerate. You want to kill her?" Nolan's voice was low, his strength level with Axel's. The hands of the two of them were clashing strength.
“That woman always says nonsense and irritates others. She can't do anything but dress up, she's a spoiled child and doesn't know what survival means!”
The sound of fighting is still heard. But these two people are still at odds.
“Axel, everyone here is in the same situation. If we are not together, we will die. You have to respect other people's lives."
“Tch! She is the one who should appreciate, her words are so digressive and dangerous!”
Their breaths could be felt on each other's skin.
"Hey! The two of them cleared the zombies quickly! The zombies are clean!”
A man with glasses shouted, Axel and Nolan immediately looked towards the window, and they saw two men standing and a man holding a sword suddenly saw them.
"What's wrong with him?" Axel shivered at the sight.
"Where's Leah?" a short-haired woman screamed, she looked around the room and didn't find Leah.
“Damn it! She will open the barricade we made!” Axel came out of the room, he ran fast, followed by Nolan.
"We have to stop Leah. Otherwise, we will die!"
Hearing Nolan's words, several people there also ran fast, they tried to catch up with Leah, who they were sure was just a short distance from them.
"I will kill you! serious!" Axel screamed, he squeezed his baseball bat hard. From beside him suddenly Nolan passed him, and he ran faster than Axel, a long-distance runner from his school.
Leah came down the stairs, her legs ached, but she kept running.
“Just a little more, just a little more...” Leah thought.
She had opened the two barricades blocking each floor, and now she had arrived in front of a large pith covered with chairs, tables, or anything else that could block the door.
Bam!
Leah pulled haphazardly, she kicked and opened up a bit of adequate access. All she had to do was remove the wooden strut blocking the glass door in front of her.
“Leah! Do not do that!" Nolan shouted, he stared at Leah with imploring eyes.
"I have to do it, Nolan... He can help us... I'm sure of it..." With rapid breaths, she spoke.
"I'll kill you bitch if you open it!" Axel screamed, he ran and almost got Leah's hand, but Leah was faster and pulled the wood that thought the door was first.
“Damn bitch!”
Axel hangs his baseball bat tight, aiming for Leah's head, he has to kill the woman that makes his blood boil.Leah's eyes bulged, she couldn't dodge anymore. Her body felt weak because of that. However, just as the baseball bat got very close, something rushed in front of it. The baseball bat that was headed for her was cut off.Clanks! The baseball bat fell and the expressions of the three schoolchildren were identical, eyes bulging as bodies stiffened."I guess you shouldn't fight and want to kill your friends, right?" asked Oliver standing beside Leah, who had fallen to the floor.Nolan and Axel alerted, and they pulled out their guns. Axel took out the knife hidden behind his body and pointed it at Oliver."My advice, keep my weapon. I'm not here with bad intentions."Oliver saw Dereck busy barricading the way back in. He had explained to Dereck what they had to do, new zombies were arriving again, and this big man for a high school boy was tense and angry.“You get out of here w
Oliver exhaled as he leaned against the window, watching the zombies wreak havoc outside the building.“I heard that you said the same thing as me.” Oliver's black hair moved in the wind, the third-floor school building window was open. He crossed his arms and did not look at the person who had just been beside him.The blonde hair that floated in the wind had given the explanation that she was Leah.Leah looked at Oliver, she tilted her head slightly. She is 172 cm tall with a slender body built with a strict diet and exercise. She should laugh because in the past, she often endured her hunger so she wouldn't gain weight, and now she has to endure hunger to survive.“You said that this zombie has low intelligence.” Oliver turned around, he looked at Leah, who was staring back at him. Beautiful green eyes, like delicate leaves being blown amidst the commotion of zombies."Yeah, they think that what I said was a lie."Leah chuckled a little, every time she said it, there would be eyes
Oliver used his bag, he had a zombie-slaying sword in his hand and they decided to head out the front door. The people following him were frightened, afraid that they would be directly attacked because of this. The zombies will know when they come out.Because of that, Oliver asked the people in the building to make noise at the back of the building. They prepared to provide the code so that they could start the diversion immediately."They have already started."Oliver kept watching. In front of him, the zombies that surrounded the van immediately ran towards the noise very fast, Oliver raised his hand, clasped so that the people standing on the stairs could tell if they could stop the noise. If they continued, they would attract zombies' attention from far away."Good, they understand it well."Oliver immediately opened the door. He ran, followed by the people who had prepared to leave with him. They quickly got into the back of the van while Oliver was in the front. The people insi
Cole stared at Frans' dripping bloody finger, his eyes shaking. He knew now that the two people approaching him were afraid of what would happen next.“This is not a...”"Unlucky! We have a friend who a zombie bit. Shouldn't we kill you now?” Axel appeared suddenly between them. His big voice had scared the others. They looked where Frans was."You better stop talking!"Cole fixed his eyes on Axel, who raised his hands lazily. He kept his eyes on Frans, mocking him with an expression on his face."He is fine. I'm pretty sure he'll be fine soon."Cole came closer, he tried to hold Frans' hand, and Oliver brushed his hand away faster."Do not do it. I warned you not to get bitten.”“He didn't get bitten! I'm pretty sure of that!”Cole raised his voice, he wanted to protect this weak man in front of him. He was looking down and trembling. As a friend, he felt that people shouldn't be mean like this to Frans."Even so, he was injured. Taking him in now would get the others into trouble. Y
Brak! The zombie in front of Van was hit, and its body was run over by Van, who was now stopping very quickly at the gas station. Everyone on the bus was shocked by that, they wouldn't have expected to stop there.Chris looked at the full meter to see if the gas on this bus was also dying.“Dereck, you filled the car and conductor with gas earlier. I will block them!”Oliver gave the order. Luckily, when they were at the supermarket, they weren't attacked by many zombies. Now he is still powerful because of it.Dereck complied with Oliver's wishes, he filled up with gas immediately while continuing to pay attention to his surroundings. The bus also stopped near the van, and Nolan and a few other students got off the bus, preparing to block the zombies from getting their next groceries.“Don't get bitten! While effectively!” Nolan warned them. He also saw Cole getting off the bus, he was nervous about it but seeing Cole swinging his arms so steadily, Nolan became more relieved. He imme
Everyone in the room fell silent. They couldn't believe what they had just heard, even though they had just started to believe this black-haired man in front of them."How could you leave us alone?" A short-haired woman spoke loudly, she held her hand tightly, refusing to be abandoned by a person who has a great ability to survive.Alice, that woman's name, was similar to a figure that Oliver had seen in a game she played a few years ago."I have explained to you to survive against zombies. I have other business and you should be grateful because I have bothered to come here to help those of you who have no hope of living."Oliver stood straight, his position noticeably larger than theirs. Oliver, who has courage, is more dominant. Compared them."But, we can come with you."Oliver raised his hand. It was a pain, that's why he didn't want to be a hero like this, a system gave him a very tiring hassle.Dereck approached Oliver. He immediately whispered to Oliver.“Oliver, invite them t
The van moved quietly, they turned wider than they should. Trying to go through a quieter suburban street. The three people in the van had been quiet since earlier. Dereck had been giving Oliver an extraordinary eye. While Leah was behind with a worried expression, she wanted to meet her family soon. But now, she had to be patient."Oliver, you're hooked because of her beauty, huh?"Dereck leaned closer to Oliver so Leah wouldn't hear his shot. Even though Oliver had refused anyone to depend on him, after Leah pitied him, Oliver changed his mind and now wants to do what Leah wants.“Dereck, this time, I can confirm your broken ribs.”Dereck immediately sat in his chair. He held his stomach as if he could still feel the pain from being elbowed by Oliver earlier. He was unexpected, but what Oliver did must have a reason. Her eyes were so thin in the school building because a blue notification screen appeared in front of her.[New quests][Take Leah to her house][Reward: Medicine]Even
Oliver kept watching the situation inside the place, looking so calm that they hesitated to enter. “Maybe they're the same as the zombies we've been fighting, Oliver. They are just in a lower position.” Oliver listened to Dereck's words, but he disagreed with what Dereck said. He was still watching from a distance. “This is strange, even if they have low intelligence, I think they will move intuitively. Like starving animals, they will surely seek their food.” Leah said something more reasonable, the two looked at each other and expressed their thoughts. "Your house is pretty deep inside, and what do you think happened there, Leah?" Oliver didn't soften the look in his eyes, the rough and devoid feeling he gave Leah. His eyes moving, he glanced at Leah's hand. The fingernails that Oliver was sure had always been beautifully polished were now covered in sores. There were a few little bits of flesh on the sides of the nails, Oliver knew Leah always tugged at them when she was as a
