Searching A Way

They did as Oliver wished. Carrying their weapons into their bags, their expressions were too confused by what their leader would do.

“Indeed, there is only one way to pass through this place, by car. If we go on foot, we can use another path.”

Oliver answered while walking. He looked around him with serious eyes. The sunlight bothered him, he could have worn a hat and sunglasses. However, it could block his eyes.

"There's already an open road. Why don't we choose the good one, Oliver?"

Dereck's question made Oliver stop in his tracks, he turned around and looked at Dereck and Vida as well.

“That street is too quiet. There was already a path that made me even more suspicious. You can see for yourself that there are many tall buildings there. What if letting us pass there is a trap, and they quickly get to us?”
