Chapter 47: The Turns Of Different Events.

Jay and Chileo arrived in front of a tall huge building that looked more like a huge terraced building.

As Chileo had the car’s engine go off, he sat back, breathed in heavily and breathed out in the same way before looking at Jay who was actually sweating heavily as he was terrified.

It was the moment where he either looses his life or gain an uplifting reward. Thinking about his own death keeps sending chills down his own spine.

After some few moments, Jay was able to gather some courage and open the car’s door. As he was about to leave, he looked at Chileo who was already looking back at him and nod at him while in response, Chileo nodded back twice before Jay could breathe out heavily and step out of the car.

He walked gently and approached the two guards that was in front of the terraced house entrance. As he stood in front of them, he spread out his arms as one of the guards or bouncers among the two searched him up.

As he was done with the search and found him free and eligible to enter, the guard looked at Jay as a visible smile could be seen on his face.

“Young sir Jay, it seems that you have decided to make a brave move today....” said the guard who searched him up. He then patted his right shoulder and continued with the statement, “Jay Dick Albion, I wish you great success.”

“Thanks a lot.” Jay replied as he walked into the house. He got into the house and in front of him were people cladded in suits and tuxedos, some seated and some standing. Some discussing and some observing, some having a sip of their drinks and some with nothing at hand but what they all did in general was to look towards the entrance as they heard some gentle footsteps.

Jay came forth from the door and stood in front of them all but instead of a warm environment, the environment was filled with hostility towards him. None, not even a guard in there served a friendly look towards Jay.

Those in front of Jay that were seated were all important pieces to the Albion group. The young man he met back in club 98, Axel was present. His twin, with the same red hair as Axel, he looked more cute and harmless with sky blue pupils, Abel.

There were other noticeable characters that were their, which are the other young relatives of the Chairman.

Jay, out of everyone was an orphan as he lost his father and mother. His father being the youngest sibling to the Chairman was a key point that was made to get Jay accepted into the Albion Group, which on norm was against their traditions since existence.

Jay paid no heed to their attention seeking and frightening gestures but instead, matched upstairs to the floor were the Chairman’s office was.

As he got there, the hall that led to the office was once again filled up with standing guards and sitting heads. They all look at him with glaring eyes as well, just like the younger ones too.

One of them even stood up and approached him. He stared into Jay’s eyes with a glare and said, “you now have guts, huh? Not only did your father rebelled against the Chairman, he even waged war against him.

Of course the Chairman won and pitied your dad. He left him with his life, which was against our norm but seems like the bitch karma, knows how to do her work by causing a fatal accident on your parents.

The Chairman went further to break the traditions again by adopting an enemy’s child. He raised you like his own child and even gave you a position of the vice heir competitor and instead of being forever thankful for such act, you now dare to have the guts to strike a deal with the Chairman?

I hope that as you go in there, you will never see tomorrow’s sun.” After speaking out his own mind, the elder marched furiously to his own seat as he was truly frustrated and annoyed.

Jay paid no heed and breathed out heavily as he marched towards the Chairman’s office. He knocked on the door and a voice sounded behind the door, as it said, “come in, Jay.”

Just as Jay was about to step in, another elder spoke up, saying, “hey Jay.” Jay looked back to see his caller and it was another elder who has a smile on his face. The elder then continued,

“As you head in there Jay, I wish you a successful meeting and wish that you come out from the office.” In response, Jay said, “thanks elder.”

“Haha, yeah, you are welcome but of course, I hope you come out of the office with your head rolling on the floor.” Said the same elder as he spar on the floor after he had made his statement.

Seeing that, the elders giggled at the taunt while Jay heaved a huge sigh before walking into the office.

As Jay got in, in front of him was a meeting room as it was obvious with the arrangement of chairs and a long table. He could notice someone sitting at the end of the table while facing the window.

Jay quickly bowed his face and said, “greetings to the Chairman.” A deep but manly voice replied to Jay’s greeting, “Jay ..... Dick ...... Albion, it’s been long, isn’t it so?”

“Yes it is sir.” Jay replied while sweating profusely. “Then, how have you been?” the voice asked. “Quite well sir. It’s all thanks to you, sir.” Jay responded with a lot of confidence but was still sweating.

“Good. Jay Dick Albion, I saw the deal you submitted, it was quite shocking to me and that is why I called for you. I want you to voice out the deal before my very own presence, so that I can know that it was truly you and this is exactly your intentions.

Now Jay, I order you right now, tell me about this situation, whether it was a deal written while you were in a drunk state or this are your true intentions.” Said the Chairman.

Jay swallowed a huge amount of his own saliva as he heard the Chairman’s order but suddenly, he got back to his senses as he gathered a lot of courage and replied, “it is as it is written there sir, those are my intentions. I will now vocally voice out the deal. I will take care of one of the group’s most annoying threat, The head of the national Congress, congressman Philip Westsheer.

I will take care of him in exchange of a rise in position amongst my fellow competitors.” Suddenly the Chairman’s chair turned and was now facing Jay’s position. The Chairman leaned forward but his face couldn’t be seen due to the sun’s light rays that was so strong and was coming into the meeting room through the window that was behind the chairman, making it impossible to see the chairman without glasses.

The chairman, with a deeper voice, asked, “Jay Dick Albion, is this a joke to you?”
