Daxon opens his eyes to the solitude of the hospital room, the world around him hazily comes into focus. Beneath the antiseptic, snow white hospital sheets, his senses gradually awaken, and they become aware of the soft hum of medical equipment in the background. Blinking weakly, his eyelids are still heavy with sleep, slowly lifting, revealing eyes that are initially dazed and disoriented.

As he detects the faint antiseptic scent that lingers in the air, he wonders what got him to this place in the first place. Daxon lightly swerves his head against the pillow, moving his fingers and toes. Was it an accident? How did he get here?

His body feels heavy, and he closes his eyes, trying to lift himself up from the bed, to at least assess what condition he is in. discomfort somewhere and a part of it is due to the consequence of the time he spent being immobile during recovery.
