And they truly would pile on the adulation, the adoration, and even the applause whenever he would be delivering his more than the company’s quota worth of lumber for the day to the building, or he would cut more than the normal number of wood than anyone else, or when he would deliver more than the average weight of firewood and lumber to the village…
