Priscilla lowered the barbell onto the rack with a satisfied sigh, finishing her last set of squats for the morning. Her muscles burned pleasantly from the intense workout. After a quick stretch to cool down, she grabbed her towel and water bottle. On the way out of the gym, she wiped the sweat from her brow and took a long drink.

The café across the street was just opening as Priscilla arrived. She ordered an egg white scramble and fruit salad, finding a small table by the window. As she ate, she watched the morning traffic go by and let her body unwind. Feeling reenergized, she checked the time - still plenty of morning left. Priscilla dumped her dishes and hustled back across the street, eager to get in another session before work.
