Jenny felt a burning sensation on her skin around the area Alec had touched her. She let her eyes slide down her arm and she saw the severe burns that had suddenly appeared, almost as if her skin is was close to melting.

Jenny gasped "Oh my God" she whispered and looked up at Alec whose attention was not on her anymore. His observing eyes were sweeping the party venue. The intense heat from his little touch had caused the burns on Jenny's skin but he was not aware of the burns.
