Leon sat at his desk, eyes glued to the computer screen as he typed furiously, racing against the clock to finish the report before lunch break. But all of a sudden, his hands flew to his chest due to a sharp, stabbing pain. He clutched at his chest as his body was shaking due to a fit of violent coughing.
