CHAPTER FIFTY NINE.

The car kept driving straight and at intervals she would look back and still see the black car hot on their chase.

“Ma’am, the road ahead is a lonely one” ths driver announced and April looked ahead. If she succeeded in passing there, then she would be able to meet with Nick but it was an empty road after all.

“Just go” she replied after a while and the driver increased his speed but what happened after made her heart skip a beat, a car was coming from the opposite direction at a high speed. Its intent was to smash right into her car but because her driver was experienced, he swerved and ended up hitting the road barrier slightly.

The two cars came to a halt and a group of men alighted from it, they were all dressed up in black with covered faces and had weapons with them.

The assault was well planned because they chose a place without CCTV cameras to attack her.

“What do we do now ma?” The driver asked, he was also a trained fighter but he was scared for his lady boss. What will Nick
