87 – Persuasion

Carrying his own body, Cody left the building with his two other zombies. Several people had confronted him and were pointing their guns.

However, Cody didn’t stop running. The bullets that hit his body bounced off, although they still left dents.

He rammed at those who didn’t have time to dodge without caring if they flew high.

At first Cody thought about going to his own car, but he knew maybe they have deflated the tires or use other methods so that the vehicle cannot move.

So, Cody turned into a large garage that was used to store cars in the community.

There, he found Shawn and several other mechanics working on an electric car.

“Cody?” Shawn gasped. “Since when were you here!?”

“Excuse me!” Cody knocked them out with some slaps, and let some of them escape. Not that he wanted to do that, but by knocking them unconscious, Akira wouldn’t accuse them of helping Cody.
