Their dimly lit eyes

Zorka blinks his eyes repeatedly, then rubs them.

"Are we there already?" he asks, still drowsy.

"How could we be there already when flying on a winged camel just makes you sleepy!" Azurks says, annoyed.

Instead of waking up as scolded by Azurks, the man hugs the camel's hump again, drifting back to sleep due to his extreme tiredness.

"Oh, in that case, wake me up when we arrive!" says Zorka.

"Tsk, if you flew with me, we'd be there in the blink of an eye." Azurks grumbles. He then transforms into a necklace and curls around Zorka's neck, falling asleep as well.

Some time later, the winged camel stomps its feet. It snorts into Zorka's hair, causing the young man to open his eyes. He stretches them momentarily.

"It seems we've arrived!" Zorka exclaims, standing beside the winged camel and gazing at the village gate where a rusty nameplate hangs. Even the iron plate appears rusty and swings as the desert wind blows.

"Wow, the location is more chaotic than I thought," Zorka remarks. The
