Jide wakes up from his University of Lagos dorm to find out that the world he knows is about to change forever. It started with a dark patch around his eyes and screams of terror across the dorm corridor; soon everybody develops a strange illness that turns some into raging mad zombie like creatures. The Death Toast is the ugly game that all the prisoners at Boorbunk Bay (the prison where the worst criminals are held) are made to play. The game entails the random picking of one of the inmates, whoever is picked in the ward is immediately executed. The Death Toast spelt soon to all the prisoners who thought they didn't deserve to be treated to the death sentencing 'game'. Nevertheless, things were bound to change for the hopeless and death-tormented inmates of Boorbunk Bay and the entire terrorism-stryck nation of Dexter Island when a set of entertainers were wrongfully arrested and locked in the prison for killing a politician. With a totally unjust society, insecure country and broken system in view, the future could only seem bleaker. If there had to be a reform, lives were bound to be lost, voices had to be heard, heroes had to arise!!

Oh no, please don't! “ Cassiandra uttered, "Are you serious at this moment? Cass, that is one fucking chopped finger! Furthermore, we have no idea whose finger it is!” "I'm sure that whoever sent this wouldn't really like it if we ever called the police about this," Pia said. "I also think that they might be keeping an eye on us right now." Cassandra was already breathing heavily as she was scared and doesn't know what to do. She panicked while Pia remained calm and silent as she tries to calm her friend down. Fear flashed through Cassandra's mind as she and Pia stood next to her car, their nerves still raw from the uncomfortable meeting. "Then, what do we do now?" Cassandra's eyes darted across the surroundings while her voice wavered with anxiety. With her own heart rate accelerating due to adrenaline, Pia tried to calm their agitated minds. "Maybe we'll try to calm down first..." However, Cassandra's mind was already racing, a flash of insight emerging in her. "But wait, the letter!" Pia looked in astonishment, taken aback by Cassandra's apparent eagerness. "What?" Words flew out of Cassandra's mouth, a trace of panic in her tone. "H-Haven't that box come with a letter?" Pia's face wrinkled as she considered what Cassandra had said, realizing what had happened.

Anna was a typewriter that wanted to write a script for movies. One day, her typewriter stopped working and she needed a typewriter to submit the script to her editor. So she finally took out her dead father type writer. She felt in this way,she will be connected to her father as well. But as she starts typing, her head was heavy—the typewriter was hunted and the ghost who was linked to the typewriter was freed.
