Yasmin Vs Ralia II pt 2
She would rebel against the power that the First Born represented. “Bastard! It's9o now, we end this.” Ralia said, muttering as Yasmin locked eyes with her. With the way he looked at her, she knew that he was passing a message across. And that was...The real showdown between them was about to begin.“You know what this means for you, right?” Yasmin smiled, looking at the form of Ralia. His words jolted her to shape as she looked up straight at him, the words augmenting the flames of rage inside of her. “Ha!” She huffed out, pushing herself from the ground. “Like I need your mercy.” She said now. “He has

Rainbow Serpent's Divinity
BAYO… BAYO. BAYO. BAYO. BAYO. BAYO. BAYO. BAYO. BAYO. BAYO. BAYO. The high school boy in the school uniform of blue checked shirt and blue trousers blinked, his hands sagged by his side. His legs shook with the passing second as his lips quivered and quaked, cracked and dry in all totality.  He looked lost, almost as if he had forgotten something. Or rather he had forgotten himself and he was trying to get to where he would find some help and then proceed on the journey that he had come on to.  All about hikm was a desert, the dry, sandy wind swirling about violently, even to the point of making numerous dust devils about. Some so huge that he had to cover his eyes and bend down lest he be carried away in the storm.  “W-what am I doing here?” he asked himself.  This was all so strange. He could not really remember so much about what had happened except that head had to do what he did just so

Bayo Returns!
“Don't worry Bayo. When the time is right you will know. But for now, I leave you with a parting gift of my Divinity.” The serpent said. “Those were the words I said to you then. This… This is my DIVINITY, First Born of the abomination. Bayo, Number one of the 21 Ascenders.” The snake added. Bayo blinked. Even though the Serpent's identity seemed so familiar, he still could not place everything that was happening. In fact he could not even place who he was, talkless of remembering words that this gigantic snake dragon was saying to him.  He blinked and the eyes of the Osumare dimmed faintly. It was faint but his eyes caught it. And somehow, he seemed to get the message that was hidden in the eyes. The snake divinity was not finding this funny but yet it still had a bit of compassion in them.  "We have met." Osumare crooned. "but you are trying to shut everything out to protect yourself. I totally understand this. But you must remembe

The Freezone of Tuxela
A Gateless Portal System is one key attribute of the town of Tuxela. Being one of the unaffiliated lands, which had been generally referred to as a Freezone due to ,the fact that no World Power not organization could lay claim to governance of such lands, it was teeming with life from various species. It is situated just around the lower axis of the Adze Unity, mostly connected with the retirement town of Laprisha and then by the town of Ilesa. It is a prize location not only because of the it's availability as a Freezone but also because of the fact that it has a standing transport system, which is the GPS transport. The GPS is a system built to mimic the workings of a World Bridge. While world bridges are naturally occurring, this is more of a built system to enable easy transport of people across long distances, within the same World. That is, one could only use a GPS to port across the entirety of the second heaven or the heaven which it was situated in, but un

The Rescue of Bayo
Bayo had been kidnapped. "Wow! I always knew Tuxela was rough. But this rough?" Shin shook his head. "What a welcome!" The Ascender SHin and his colleagues, Hana and Ronke stared into the distance, shocked at what had just occurred. In one flash, the caravan had come from nowhere. And in that same time, the caravan had napped Bayo out and was speeding away.  In their minds, they sighed, mentally, their fatigue taking the better of them. But then, they could not just let Bayo get taken away like that. Surely not after the encounter that they had just had, They had to do something. And that too, as fast as possible.  Dust swirled into the air, raising up sand particles to cloud their vision for the briefness of  a second. They were in Tuxela now but then

Taking Charge of the Kidnappers
The clip clop sound of the horses leading the caravan was unsettling. For someone who had just come out of an all black atmosphere, it was taking all of him not to shut his eyes forever to the abrupt change in the nature of the atmosphere of Tuxela. Then, the repeated sounds of the galloping horses made it even difficult for him to make sense of where he was.  Last he had known was that he had been supporting the weight of Ronke and then a sharp pain had rocked his free shoulder, shifting his balance. The next second had not been pleasant. He was simply swept off his feet, his whole shoulders rocking the ground, mercilessly as he went airborne.  And then, he crashed down onto something which was hard and metallic. All of it, happening in the blink of an eye. In that same time, it was taking him to get accustomed to the nature of the atmospheric cond

Robbing the Robbers
Bayo walked out, sliding the curtain out only to smile out as Shino, Ronke and Hana bursted out from the sides of the chariot, their faces furious and mad. Ronke from the top, Shin from the left and Hana from the right.  “Oh, hi guys…” Bayo smiled. ‘Come in, you all. We have just the catch.”  The three of the pursuers immediately skidded to a halt, raising dust in their wake except for Ronke who slammed down before the Chariot and then simultaneously raised a wall of earth to stop the galloping of the horses as the wall appeared just right in front of the beasts.  Neighs rented the air and Ronke exhaled, looking around her. The Freezone of Tuxela was lax in its security measures and so, she would not be expecting any of the guards to pop out now that they had caused quite the ruckus. In fact, even th

A Familiar Sensation
Tuxela was Huge. That was the only expression Bayo could think of in the attempt to quantify the vastness of the Free Zone. If it was not a market scene then he would have assumed it was some ground for some super private government research facility. Something that would contain lots of things but yet excluded from the general public, only for those with private access. However, Tuxela was not like that. It was amazing that he would see something like this.  Compared to the retirement town of Laprisha, Tuxela was way bigger. Massive structures jutted out from here and there, some of them being on par with the size and bulk of the Laprisha Arena Market he had been to. The noise… it was never ending, a constant buzz of intertwined voices, chants, ringing, banging and occasionally screams.   The roads that Bayo saw, not the road himself and the others which were on the outskirts of the Freezone but rather the ones that led into it
