Ella was shocked to see Blake standing up for Lucas and Emily. That was the last thing she expected to witness. In the middle of her surprise, she was also filled with suspicion. It seemed as though something was going on and she could feel it. “Wait! What’s going on?” She asked as she walked over to Blake who was now leading Emily and Lucas out of the school premises.“Why did the Belcraft group answer a call from Lucas?” Ella asked as she looked at Lucas who wasn’t sparing her a glance. His hands were buried deep inside his pockets and his gaze were fixed on Emily who looked so beautiful in his eyes.

“You will be crowned the official heir of Belcraft tomorrow”, Lucas grandfather said to Lucas the minute he stepped his foot into the company premises. Lucas was shocked to his bones. He looked at his grandfather after which he took in a deep breath and smiled calmly. “That is nice. But then, are you sure about that?” Lucas said as he walked over to his grandfather who was wearing a small smile. His grandfather took in a deep breath as he smiled and looked at Lucas. Lucas stood at the rooftop, with his mask on and his hands dipped into his pocket. He was looking below where the event was currently going on. He had a small smile on his face as he went down memory lane and recalled how hard things had been before. He never thought or imagined that he would be a heir to the biggest company in the country. Just as he looked on, his phone beeped. At first, he made to ignore it since he wanted to focus his attention on the event that was currently going on. However, when it beeped again, he dipped his hands into his pocket and brought out his phone. It was a message from Denver. His first reaction to it was a big frown. His heart rate went on the rise and he clenched his first in rage. He had seen Denver lurking around but intentionally decided to keep mute since he wanted to observe him and figure out what he might be up to at the moment. “Your event looks nice. Emily ran out of the event premises, holding on to the tears that threatened to pour out of her eyes. She had gotten a feeling that something was wrong, but she was unable to place her hands on what it was. Just as she ran, she bumped into someone and this caused her to travel down to the ground. She fell to the ground with a loud thud and screamed in pain. “I’m sorry. Are you hurt?” She heard a very familiar voice that made her stop right in her tracks. Emily whimpered silently as the door of the dark room opened. A man walked in, with a phone in his hands and with a not so pleasant look on his face. “You should talk to your man. He probably still thinks that we are all having a joke here”, the man’s deep voice caused her to jerk up in shock. “My man?” She asked and gulped down hard. She had an idea of who he talked about.
