‘’ hurry move in ‘’.

Some police men heavily armed ran into the site on guard.

The shoot sounds continued for a while with Philips and Galloway walking into the scene.

Philips was holding a Kruger with Galloway hold a Ak49.

He points to his left.

‘ take that way and am taking this way, make sure they don't get pass you ’, Philips said.

He nods his head and moves into the construction site with the rest of them.

While inside the construction site.

‘ we need to fuck off now, we are all out numbered ’, in a serious tone.

‘ we can not go through with this, we need to go further with this ’, with fear written all over his face while trying to run off with the other holding him back.

‘ you can not just back down, we have come this far not to back down but to succeed, stay with me and let us both run away with this cash ’.

He shakes his head and went back on guard with the others, shooting at the cops.

While outside the site..

Detective Philips was having a conversation with Roy Earle on the phone.

‘ we need some more fire power on this, we can not just let them run off like that ’, he exclaims.

‘ you need to do it or else this guys are all gonna kill all of you, just listen to me ’, he said.

He puts his thumb on the hangup icon.

‘ you know what, screw you, am going on with my plans am not gonna stay mute no more ’, he cuts the call.

He stands forward and gives a speech to his fellow comrade.

‘ today we go in as warriors not as losers, just keep holding up to what give you hope and I promise you that you would not ever regret it cause we are all doing this for our future, now onward to glow ’, he said with his head tilted upward.

They all marched into the site with with the cross fire event getting worst than earlier.

‘ they are all here, get read ’, one of the criminal said while himself and his fellow members ready themselves and dashed out with spraying bullets flying through the scene and knocking down some fellow police officers on duties.

‘ fuck ’, Galloway charges in only to get shot on the left upper arm and falling to the ground.

‘’ detective Galloway is hit, cover me ‘’.

Philips overhear what happened and charges in instead of his fellow comrade.

‘ stay out, am gonna take care of it ’, with his gun clipped.

‘’ bullets cap falling to the ground ‘’.

He shoots at some of them, injury them while the rest made a run for it.

Getting to their get away car, an unknown vehicle drives in and shoots them, driving a bullet through one of their skull while injuring the other during the process.

He falls to the ground dropping his palm lifeless to the ground.

Philips seems to be in shock while the rest of his comrades cover the area.

Few hours during the cross fire scene.

Some state officials walks in with an ambulance attending to Galloway and Philips with Galloway on a stretcher.

He coughs as an oxygen mask was on his face with his eyes slowly closing.

‘ what happened and how did one of them end up been killed like an idiot he is ’, Galloway asked with a weak tone.

He looks away from him as he uses a handkerchief to clean his face.

‘ I don't understand why one of them will turn against each other ’, he said in a suspicious tone accompanied with it's look.

He slowly tilts up his head.

‘ what do you mean by that ’.

He takes in a deep breath.

‘ I think they knew about the robbery but instead the big boss intended that he steal the starch for himself, such a useless scumbag ’.

‘ how do we know that they stole ’, Galloway asked.

He keeps quiet for a while.

‘ I don't really know but my gots are still in the case, I think I rather stick to this case than on Moses case cause he is not going to show up ’.

‘ how about we interrogate the survival ’, Galloway said.

He rose up on his feet.

‘ I think you are right, I should better interrogate them before Roy Earle come in and steal this case from me ’, Philips said.

As he was walking out he encounters Roy Earle.

‘ hey bro, take sometime off ’, Galloway said as he was been taken into the Ambulance that drove off with him inside of it.

He puts his hands in his pockets and chests out his big belly accompanied with a toothpick curling in between his lips.

‘ so where did you think you are going, you better go home and let me handle this piece of shit ’, Roy Earle said with a nasty look on his face.

Philips turns around with an angry expression on his face.

‘ an who the hell are you to tell me that huh, your work is with the board not with my work so get out of my hair and let me be ’, Philips said as he moves away from him.

‘ Philips ! ’, he voiced out.

He stops with his face glancing at his left side and his shadow falling left.

‘ Philips, you are gonna regret this piece of shit you are doing, if you fall no one is gonna give a shit about you ’, Roy said.

He slowly turns around.

‘ I don't give a shit about your fucking opinion cause I don't care ’, he walks away from him entering his Ford mustang and zoomed off.

Roy walks up to the dead body of one of the criminal.

‘ so what really went down here, give me details ’.

‘ yes sir ’, in a high tone.

At the L.A police station.

Philips zoomed in with his car and walks into the station.

He walks to one of the ceil only to discover that the young boy has been released.

He walks downstairs and asked one of his colleagues about his release.

‘ it was Roy Earle, he released him about an hour ago and some other Black Dakota suspects and said we should close the case ’, in a soft tone.

‘ what ’, he voiced out.

‘ he said he had informed you about it ’.

He frowns his face.

‘ he did not inform me about it ’, Philips said.

‘ so what are you going to do, the case is already closed unless you go to the board and inform them about the case ’.

He slowly clenched his fists.

‘ no, don't worry am going to take good care of it myself ’, he looks at her, ‘ take a day or two off ’.

She smiles.

‘ don't worry sir, am gonna take my leave tomorrow, so..’, in a soft tone.

He pats her on her shoulder.

‘ just take a little close eye, am gonna talk to Roy about this and about my case too so just do me a favour and take some little time off ’.

She rose up on her feet and took some if her things from the table.

‘ thanks alot sir Philips, you just made my day ’, she walks out from the police station leaving only detective Philips alone in the room.

Few minutes later.

Roy Earle drives to an unknown destination with a figure standing outside waiting for his arrival.

He walks out to the figure.

‘ so what else do you want from me, I have my own part of the deal now you do yours by stay away from my life ’.
