Chapter 2

Axel tried to act surreptitiously about his current grave peril when he packed his bags.

Normally it would be grotesque for a student to return home after coming early as he did, but it was his irrefutable condition.

"Hey, Axel! What's wrong? Hope you are good?" Drew McConnell passed by and gazed at Axel packing all his loads and was bewildered.

"Yeah, I'm good. I will chat with you about it later when I get home," Axel replied and resumed packing his loads unperturbed.

Drew felt a tad culpable about the fact he had to evade the scene with the others when the Hardy Boys got there.

"I'm sorry I evaded when the Hardy Boyz were present," Drew implored apologetically even though he knew that most of Axel's friends did the same.

"Ooh, you mean those Nordic Shit-wits. It's nothing, you did the right thing,"

While Axel waggled to the exit of the school with his bag, he glanced at the Hardy Boyz all sneering at him.

He knew they must have caught wind of what must have happened.

He boarded a taxi back to Ryan's home. He knew that her little apartment would be the best place for him to leave at the moment.

One thing was for sure, he would meet Ryan and she would be able to explain to him what happened and why she wasn't at school when she was supposed to be.

The taxi man was in his late thirties and smiled amicably as he halted for Axel to get in.

Axel's felt a bit curbed off his anger because of the man's character.

He knew that was the only way he would get less furious about everything that had happened that day.

One way or the other, the situation that had happened to him that day, though was irrefutable but was being curbed at the moment.

While he sat in the taxi, his breath trembled as he thought about the next chapter of his life after being expelled.

He was feeling agnostic that he would be able to make a new choice.

There was a kind of traffic jam on the way that made him feel more furious about his current situation.

He decided to use that time to cogitate about everything that had happened that day.

"Hope nothing is wrong?" The taxi man whispered amicably noticing Axel's abrupt mood swing.

"Ooh, I'm great. It's just the way I feel sometimes, just feeling soberly," Axel lied.

Axel knew that informing acquaintances about his issues even before telling his friends was the last thing he could ever consider.

He pondered about the names he was being called. Was he really that cheap-shotted that he would be called names like puny little turds and the rest.

He was agnostic about the fact that he might successfully avoid any transferred aggression on Ryan when he gets home because he was disappointed about her absence before his excruciating painful encounter with the Hardy Boyz.

He decided to distract himself by checking his phone to read messages.

He got a text from Drew and knew that he was still persistent on the reason why he left school without even attending any classes.

"I'm sorry, like I said I will inform you about this later when you are done with class," Axel typed unselfishly knowing that if he gets the truth it might affect Drew's attendance in class for that day.

Funny enough, it wasn't only messages from Drew he got but also from other students and friends that saw him leave.

It was already getting a teensy-weensy bit of a frustrating problem for him as he tried to reply to them one by one.

After a few replies, he decided to switch off his phone as he thought about how Ryan would feel when she heard that he was expelled.

He finally got to Ryan's house and it was shockingly serene that made him waggle scrutinizingly, instead of alerting her of his presence.

He opened the door and waggled into the sitting room then trudged towards her room.

He heard several sounds of Ryan cooing which made him look dishevelled and bewildered.

He opened the doorknob slowly and gazed at the unscrupulous view before him.

Ryan and Hayden having sex was so quaint and heartbreaking for him.

He pressed his hands against his mouth to stifle a shriek.

She quickly dressed up when she saw him and acted callously.

"Ryan! How could you!" He yelled as he recoiled.

She hissed in disgust afterwards and Hayden chuckled darkly.

It was blatant how Hayden could have gotten here because of the serious snarl-up he had before he got to Ryan's house.

"What's it puny little turd?! Surprise that am having a time with your girl?" Hayden japed as he cackled wildly.

Furious emotions churned up in Axel's chest as he couldn't fathom why Ryan would do what she did.

All he saw was that she was mute all through and didn't speak even though she looked callous.

"Ryan talk to me! Why did you do this to me!" He yelled pragmatically at the top of his voice.

"Well, that's because she wanted rich men who can make her feel happy," Hayden cut in.

Axel was greatly enraged because Hayden's dad was the main reason why he was expelled only for him to return and experience this from his son.

"If you utter one more word again.." Axel caveated with his veins popped and Ryan interrupted.

"You would do what! You cheap-shotted, puny little turd," Ryan spoke finally.

Axel was flustered that Ryan just used Hayden's demoralising words.

"Really? Is that the way you see me now? After everything we have been through!" He yelled.

"Exactly, Axel. We have been through enough bad times together and I'm just tired. I want Hayden because he is rich and just as he said I'm tired of being with you," Ryan added.

"Did you get that, you fool? Get the hell out of her house," Hayden yelled with a sinister glint flashing through his eyes as he sneered.

"Please leave," Ryan added when Axel looked deeply into her eyes for confirmation that it was what she wanted.

"Get out!" Hayden barked belligerently pushing Axel forcefully out of Ryan's house.

Axel was left on the floor of Ryan's entrance gate pondering about the situation that he was in.
