Madam Ottiline's words trickled down his ears as he felt super pumped about the news he had just heard.
His heavy gaze lingered on her as he got hitched through myriads of thoughts within himself. If everything was true, it meant that his current grave peril would be reversible. He chuckled sably and inwardly to himself at the hardy Boyz. He couldn't help but be gleeful about their reactions when they found out who he was. He felt a tug of relief etched in his heart. "I need to check on my foster mom, grandma," He implored facing Ottiline who nodded her head and not in repugnance. Her lips curved into a broad smile as she spoke with her lips twitching upwards in an amicable manner. "Of course dear. You can confirm it for yourself, then she would be able to confirm how she and your foster Dad found you to keep you safe and bring you up to this point," Ottiline voice boomed in an aced manner. "Alright.." Axel stuttered as he waggled out of the flashy mansion with his diamond card hidden within himself. Of course, he knew that he would have to revert to his grandma so she could explain things to him, like how he could manage everything as the heir and with his inward desires to live as the heir surreptitiously. "Boss, can I drop you off," Birch suggested when he glanced at Axel trying to board a taxi while the rain pattered. "Ooh no, there is no need," Axel's lips twitched upward as he felt the rainwater sloshing. He knew he had to stick with living a low-profiled life no matter the cost. He got to the hospital where his mother was admitted. With the diamond card with him, he could be able to pay all her medical bills. "Hey! Axel, aren't you supposed to be in school at this time?" Oaklynn fluttered her droopy red eyelashes. "Mom, it's a long story. I was expelled and it's Hayden and his guys, the hardy Boyz," Axel shrugged his shoulders. "The hardy Boyz again! I guess they have finally acted in a presumptuous and diabolical manner than they already have!" Oaklynn veins popped in fury. "It's okay Mom. Besides, I have good news and I want confirmation about something," Axel's face stiffened. Oaklynn's face beamed out in curiosity as she anticipated the question that was about to be asked. "Is it true my real parents died because they were killed by their enemies and then you found me?" Axel stuttered with quivering lips as his sober face squished further to the ground. Tears tracked down his skin as he spoke because he couldn't hold it back anymore. "I'm so sorry Axel. It's true and I had no idea who you were when your foster Dad and I found you on a bridge and we had to take you in," A slay tear slithered down Oaklynn's skin as he spoke. "It's okay Mom. I have you to thank because you saved my life and I will forever be grateful," Axel gurgled as he engulfed her into his bosom. "It seems to be an assassination that happened and we didn't have many details but the fact that an innocent child was at the brink of danger was downright appalling and we had to do something," Oaklynn sniffled. "By the way, how did you know? Do you know your real parents?" Oaklynn eyes popped open in curiosity. "Of course, I do know, but unfortunately they are late, but I met my grandma, Ottiline Bonneville," Axel massaged his temples in excitement. "Wait a minute did you say Bonneville!" Oaklynn flicked her hair in amazement as a knot formed in her throat and she pressed her hands against her mouth to stifle a shriek. "Yes Mom I just found out that I'm the direct son of Mateo and Brigitta Bonneville," Axel explained with a stern expression. "Wow. If you are the lost heir, you are indeed a billionaire," Oaklynn's eyes beamed gleefully at Axel. "Yes, Mom. As it is now, I have already cleared your medical bills and you will be treated sooner," Axel said in euphoria. "Wow! Thanks, son, I'm sure the doctor would be flustered because he was already accustomed to our financial status," Oaklynn said. "Yes, Mom. About that, I wish to keep a low profile regarding that aspect," Axel stroked his chin as he stiffened his face. "Yes that's true to avoid the same enemies that killed your father, that would be a beguiling plan," Oaklynn chuckled sadly. "Indeed Mother," Axel stroked his chin in a resolving manner as he got ready to leave. "Just be careful son, even though you were never our biological son, I would always see you like that. Too bad Henley wasn't alive to see this gleeful day," Tears pricked against Oaklynn's eyes. "It's okay Mom. I would always see you both as my parents even though you aren't my biological one," Axel heaved a broad smile as he returned to the mansion. On his way, he got a message from Drew McConnell who informed him about his knowledge that he was expelled. Gertrude Greer couldn't take it anymore. He had to let the cat out of the bag especially to Axel's closest friends once and for all. "I will explain everything to you when we see," Axel typed after he switched off his phone and got to his flashy mansion where Ottiline was waiting for him. Ottiline had been informing him about the company so far since he had arrived. "It's your inheritance, it's the main base of all other operations and other business of the whole Bonneville," Ottiline announced. Axel's jaw dropped. He couldn't fathom being the head of everything his father owned. "But I need to do everything covertly because I am still in High school and funny enough I was expelled because of some bullies," He stuttered. "Ooh, from which high school?" Ottiline's lips twitched upwards in curiosity. "Duncan Hillside High School," Axel reverberated his words loudly. "Ooh, that's the school your father built and owns and he names it after his father Duncan Bonneville who is also late before your father," Ottiline chuckled. Ottiline's words bubbled tempestuously in his heart and his eyes popped open. "Ooh, my goodness!" Axel shrieked. "Yes, grandson. You have nothing to worry about. You will return to school and when you are done you will be able to manage the company but my manager Birch will put you through gradual training so that you will learn everything when it's time," Ottiline explained. "Alright noted but I need to make sure everything is done covertly," Axel caveated. "Ooh, it's alright grandson. Anything you wish," Ottiline massaged her temples. Birch waggled towards them. "Ooh, and Birch also serves as a representative sometimes at the school to handle things," Ottiline announced. "Ooh Birch, please can I ask for just a favour? Which is that you don't reveal who I am to anyone," Axel caveated. "Sure boss," Birch retorted and Axel pondered about his next step of action. He knew he was returning to the school.Axel had a sly grin at the corner of his mouth as he rode back on his bicycle. He was back in school and was feeling very gleeful about his current return. His friends, Drew McConnell, Quinn Relish and Charmaine Blair were flustered to see him in school because the news had spread out like wildfire about his expulsion. He greeted them warmly as he halted his bicycle at the school grounds ignoring the stares from the students. "We all heard you got expelled," Drew started. "Yes, Axel. Is this true? Why didn't you tell us?" Quinn's lips twitched upwards in curiosity. "I didn't want to bother you since school time was still on and I wanted to keep you all from being distracted," Axel stiffened. "Those hardy Boyz are deplorable in their acts," Charmaine clenched her jaws as she groped her hips with her hands. "Yes, that's why you all should be careful. I got back because I got a letter that says that I can return," Axel displayed the letter in his hands gleefully. "Wow, we are so h
Hayden's handsome face twisted to an ugly growl when he heard this. He couldn't believe what Axel had uttered. He plonked down next to Silas who held him stable out of respect. He couldn't help but gaze with a humorous glimmer after he had gotten himself. His heated words were chiding and he couldn't help but blurt it all out. "You this white, redneck, hillbilly, inbred piece of shit!" Hayden growled abrasively. Hayden stiffened his face as he seethed with more boldness even though Axel looked like a trapped bunny amid wolves like the hardy Boyz. Heat crept up Axel's throat and face because he was pissed off about all the perturbation he was getting from them. He watched as Ryan winced as she tried to remove herself and mulled over their relationship. Deep down, he had thought she was contrite about what she had done, but he knew that her conscience pricked her. "If only she had stayed a little longer with him before she bubbled him, she might have had to enjoy his riches but
Principal Oberon Collymore massaged his temples as he mulled over at his desk in his office. Duncan Hillside High School had been a heavy load to carry and manage as the principal, but he had to do it nevertheless. His brows furrowed, as he chewed the temple tip of his recommended glasses in his palm and put them on his back. He glanced through the list of aced students he had planned to award soon. He stumbled across Axel's name and nodded his head. He heard about the news and he had so much hope for Axel, but felt bad that he had to be expelled. He knew he couldn't undermine the command that Elias gave as a senior member of the board, and he had to comply. He felt contrite about the fact that he was the one who gave the expulsion verdict. He gritted his teeth, as he mulled over how Axel must have felt all this while. He was known to be very friendly and sympathetic towards the students, too bad his powers and authority were limited when it came to issues that the full board w
Oberon jolted at his desk as he heaved a shuddering grunt. "What! How? When!" He barked succinctly. Drew nodded his head succinctly. "Yes, principal. We had just departed from him after we exchanged greetings when the news got to us and we had to report to you before we took the next step," Drew added. Oberon's knees became like rubber as he whimpered in distress. His hands quivered as he heaved a heavy breath. "Where is this happening?" He spoke succinctly. "At the school field," Drew, Quinn and Charmaine said in unison. Oberon waltzed out of his office immediately towards the school field with a plethora of anxious thoughts flushing through his mind. Drew, Quin and Charmaine followed after briskly because they knew this time they must stand against the hardy Boyz in a polemic manner. Oberon waltzed into the school field in a panicky manner. Even though his job as the principal of the school was threatened, he knew that wasn't the cure reason why he would love to do Birch's bi
A state of anxiety rippled through the air as everyone wondered who Axel was to Oberon and why Oberon would take his side. Axel's Pals, Drew, Quinn and Charmaine waggled close to him to comfort him because of what he had gone through. He was indeed in a mess. Oberon's eyes glittered with sadistic emotions. He couldn't believe that he might have partially failed in his task, as Axel was still assaulted and everything went tit-up. Oberon's head cringed as he waggled contritely towards Axel's side. "I'm sorry, I didn't know who you were, but now I do," He said in a very hush and hoarse voice. Axel's friends were dumbfounded and felt bewildered that Oberon was trying to hoodwink Axel into thinking he was supporting him over Hayden and his guys. Axel understood and chuckled inwardly as a sly grin appeared on his face. He knew he had to be subtle if he still wanted to shield his identity even from his closest friends. "Drew, Quinn and Charmaine, you can leave now," He flashed a perf
Axel was scoffed at because he looked so unkempt and scraggy. It was supposed to be Gertrude's history class and everyone was in anticipation of his arrival. He frowned deeply and inwardly where he sat. His best pals weren't present in class because of an impromptu group meeting outside history they had to attend and they took excuses. He would have had someone to talk to, to feel less bad. His palms pressed hard against his chest as he wished that the cacophony and fracas could end in a second. The jest made lumps grow in his throat which made him feel uncomfortable. It got to a time when his cheek burned in anger when he couldn't take it anymore and bobbed his eyes shut. Hayden and Ryan alongside the hardy Boyz stormed into the class. Axel's eyes twitched because he felt bad. The corner of his lips fell towards the floor. He was prudent enough to hide such emotions. Even though he was the emotional type, he was very confident in himself that he would be able to get over her
Gertrude waggled into the classroom with a scowl on his face. He knew that Hayden and his pals were up to some unscrupulous acts again which he strongly detests. His presence caused the cacophony to halt succinctly. He honed in towards Hayden with his intense eyes as the whole class got ready for the lecture. Drew, Quinn and Charmaine returned and waltzed into the class from the meeting they had in the group. Hayden's lips stuck out playfully because he knew the mischief he had created. Gertrude seethed through clenched teeth and hissed with disgust as he flipped open his textbook to start with the class. His tone was laced with coldness as he skimmed through on revision of what they did in the last class. When he was done with the class, he waltzed out in a caveating manner to Hayden and the rest of the hardy Boyz... Axel was gleeful to return home, then towards the hospital to inform his foster mom about everything that had happened. Oaklynn growled with exasperation after A
Charmaine lips quivered and she had no choice but to stutter with her words. "What's that..." She shuddered. Her stomach flipped and her eyes became more flickering as she blushed. "I think I do care about you more than a friend. I do like you, and I want us to be more intimate than we have already been," Axel pronounced making her feel a thrill in her heart as he shot a piercing gaze at Charmaine which made her jaw drop. "Ooh, okay," Charmaine said and they stopped dancing and she shot a desiring look at Axel also. She knew that Axel had a sparkle in his eyes that intrigued her. "I do like and care about you also at first, but I wasn't sure you were ready for a relationship and that's why I didn't bother telling you," Charmaine summoned boldness to express her feelings effusively. "Wow?" Axel stuttered, his tone laced with astonishment and his ears perked up in delight. "Yes," Charmane replied gazing deeply into Axel's eyes and Axel, like a love predator before his prey gave he
