curse them all!

Richard almost fell when Mike unconsciously moved back. If only he was a minute earlier, they would have gone out.

"Is he Richard Flair?" one of the cops asked to which the assistant director nodded her head.

"He is. He has being a nuisance to everyone. He does deserve any punishment you give to him." she added, and for a reason known to her she was avoiding to look at him.

The cops nodded and got hold of his arms.

"He is sick. Please pardon him!" Mike tried to beg but he was pushed aside and made to watch as Richard was roughly dragged out of the orphanage.

Richard was thrown into a closed room. He was sure they were at the police station but he wasn't kept in a cell but a dark, empty room with just a chair in the middle.

Suddenly, the door opened and a familiar figure walked in, being followed by three men who weren't police officers.

Jason had a smile on his face seeing his situation. Richard would definitely not make it. He was a goner anyway.

"How do you like it in here?" he questioned with his voice filled with satisfaction.

Just then, someone walked in too and stood before Richard who he immediately recognize as Mr. Stallion.

"We don't have much time here. The inspector only gave us five minute," he said and sat on the seat. "Good job son. I see you got him."

Jason nodded, "Yes dad. I took everything that belongs to him and sent him here."

Mr Stallion smiled proudly and took his gaze to Richard. "Good. You were able to complete the job I failed to complete years ago. Now, I have finally gotten everything. His useless parent thought I wouldn't succeed, but I did and now their son would face the same fate as them."

He brought out a document, "You are going to sign on this document. It is the last property left by your father before he died. I want it to be mine since you will be dead anyway."

Richard shook his head not understanding anything. His father's property? What was he talking about?

"What..... what is going....on?" Richard managed to ask.

"Get him to sign the document." Mr Stallion ordered the men.

Richard was pinned to the floor and his thumb was ink, while he struggled to get freed. They were more powerful than him and he couldn't do a thing even as little as lifting his fingers.

The document was brought closer and they forcefully placed his thumb on it before letting him go.

"You all will pay for this. You will pay for this!" he cried out but they only looked at him with nothing but mockery in their eyes.

Mr Stallion squatted down and raised his chin so he could look at him. "Have you forgotten something young man? This is the world we live in. For you to have power and be able to get away with anything, you need to get rich. Right now, who is going to believe you? Who is going to fight with you to pull me down?" he laughed and shook his head. "I have all the power I need and you are nothing but a useless soul whose place shouldn't be here."

Standing up to his feet and standing beside his son, he sighed heavily. "Well, I am not so evil that I will make you suffer all the rest of your life. I will do the little I can and that is getting you out of this cell. You should go and die. You will only suffer if you are alive. There is no way you will make it. This is life and not a drama. Wake up to reality, you will remain poor and suffer more. That is your place and destiny." He advised and walked out, followed by his son who spat on Richard and left in satisfaction.

'You should go and die.'

That word kept ringing in his head. Mr Stallion was right after all. There is no place for him on earth and there is no way he would ever have a better life. He lost his job to get a better life, his scholarship would definitely be terminated, the orphanage rejected him and he has no one to support him.

He was destined to suffer all the rest of his life.

....

Limping down the road, with blood dripping down his body and his face swollen, Richard ignored the stares he received from every passer-by.

His brain was numb to the pain in his body as he only had one place in mind. The only place he would go to and end everything.

His existence wasn't needed anymore. He was truly useless to everyone and even him self. What was his wrong? What did he ever do?

Curse the day he was born!

Curse his parent for leaving immediately he was born!

Curse everyone who brought him pain!

Curse the world!

He kept cursing as the place of his redemption was just a few foot away.

After his struggles, he finally got to the bridge. Down below was the famous river, all dark and lonely. The best place where he would be washed away with no one finding out.

With no one trying to look for him. The place where he would be forgotten forever. Infact, in just a few days, everyone would forget about the miserable Richard Flair.

He began to laugh. Thinking about it all. He bursted out in laughter as more tears flow down his cheeks. He grabbed a handful of hair and screamed out loud. He screamed out the loudest in pain and agony.

"CURSE YOU ALL!" he said in-between his screams.

He laughed out and looked down. It is the moment to say goodbye to the accursed world.

He climbed up the edge and shut his eyes, opening out his arms. Suddenly, a headlight shone to his direction. A car was heading towards the bridge, but he never cared. He had his eyes still shut.

It was coming in an uncontrolled speed. It had lost control.

The car finally got to him and hit him off the edge, pushing him down the bridge.

While falling down the bridge, Richard opened his eyes. Before he fell to the river, the last thing he saw was the car go out in flames and he noticed a shiny, golden thingy, falling after him.

He finally fell into the river with a thud. It was the end for him.
