3.Plan

A man got out of a black SUV. Everyone seemed to be bewitched by his good looks. Especially when the man smiled, he looked sweet and seemed to transmit a positive aura to everyone. In fact, his smile was so contagious that the people in the showroom smiled too.

The man observed his surroundings. The showroom, which only opened about two months ago, was already crowded with visitors. In addition to affordable cars, there were also luxury cars for the upper class.

"How are you, Gav?" asked a blond-haired man. He was Gavin's confidant at the showroom.

"Good news, Jef," Gavin replied. They both high-fived as usual. "Come with me to the private room. I want to talk to you about something."

Jeffry followed behind Gavin. He was so proud to be working here. Jeffry didn't expect that Gavin would live independently. He had thought that Gavin would be just like his three brothers, equally extravagant. In fact, Gavin is different from the others. Moreover, his achievements for more than a year have made people admire Gavin.

Gavin Halsley, he successfully opened four five-star hotels and also two restaurants in major cities. In addition, Gavin collaborated with Andreas Maverrick and Park Ha-Neul. The three of them worked together to build elite housing. Gavin's efforts were not in vain in approaching the two men. Now, Gavin can open the showroom he has always dreamed of.

Not just the two of them, there was Robert who was willing to pour in more funds. In fact, almost all of Robert's wealth was given to Gavin. He believed that Gavin could manage it and everything has now been proven. Gavin was able to rise to the top. He is also among the top ten richest young entrepreneurs.

"I heard that there are employees here who intend to rob." Gavin turned on his laptop. He opened some documents that needed to be checked.

Jeffry nodded. "That person is already at the police station."

"By the way, what about the informant I wanted to hire. Is there one already?"

"Already. He is a reliable informant. It's just that it's not a small amount of money to hire him. But, the problem is ...." Jeffry hesitated to say it. He scratched the back of his neck, which was not itchy. "She's a girl."

Gavin's fingers that were dancing on the keyboard stopped. He looked at Jeffry. "A girl? Are there no men?" he said a little annoyed.

"Only he has the courage to come forward to face this case. They're all still in love with life."

There was a few minutes of silence between them. Until finally Gavin gave instructions that made Jeffry feel dead on his feet. He knew the extent of Gavin's madness because they had been friends since university. However, this time Gavin was really crazy.

Gavin flashed a faint smile as he arrived at the roadside coffee shop. He paid the taxi fare, then entered the shop. Eagle-sharp black eyes scanned the room. He stepped lightly over to a brown-haired woman dressed in all black. Her face was covered by a mask.

"Tiger," Gavin greeted. Suddenly, the woman was a little surprised. She scanned Gavin's appearance, then nodded her head.

"Have you been waiting long?"

"I just arrived." Tiger's voice sounded firm and relaxed.

Gavin took out a document from inside his briefcase. "As per the agreement we discussed over e-mail. But, it's not an ordinary signature. I want a fingerprint using each other's blood."

Tiger tilted his head slightly. Then, he nodded confidently. The task he had received was indeed very difficult, but Gavin promised to pay him handsomely. In fact, he would even step in if there were any difficulties.

Gavin's smile grew even wider when he saw that Tiger had put his thumbprint on the agreement. He didn't know how many years he would be hiring Tiger. It was very difficult to find informants in this country. Gavin planned to eliminate Tiger after his mission was complete. Who knew if that person would betray behind his back.

Later, Gavin gave Tiger the task of spying on the mental hospital where his mother was being treated. He was a little odd because he saw bruises on his mother's hands several times. The staff told him that his mother was having a tantrum and was difficult to handle. However, Gavin's heart didn't believe him.

Gavin could have hired an informant from his family. However, that would have been taking his own life.

"I need a report from you as soon as possible, Soraya," Gavin said before leaving Soraya. He had to rush back to the office before the lunch hour was over.

Two days have passed. Gavin had not received any reports from Soraya for today. Yesterday, she had said that her mother was fine.

Gavin was currently checking the financial statements of several branches of The Next company. However, his concentration was broken when the door burst open. He chuckled when he saw Ed walk into his office without any manners. Ed sat down on the sofa and stretched out his body. A true unemployed man.

"You know what, Gav? Are the four of us worthy of being called brothers?"

Gavin stopped his work. "If you just want to tell stories, you better get out of here."

"If we were born from the same womb, would we be like everyone else in general?"

Gavin sighed. "We're not that close, Ed. You'd better keep quiet."

"Did you read the news? Have a hell of a day, Gav." Ed smiled slyly. He waved his hand before closing the door to the room. He just wanted to sleep over. However, warming up Gavin couldn't hurt.

"Damn you, Ed!" growled Gavin. He grabbed the glass of black coffee and threw it in a random direction.

Gavin had read about it this morning. This corruption case still had no clear evidence. However, the executives concluded that this was Gavin's doing. Evidently, when his position rose, Gavin owned hotels, restaurants and showrooms. They all demanded that Gavin reimburse all losses, which amounted to around 4 billion, as well as Gavin's demotion from the company.

Gavin was convinced that this was the work of his stepmother, Hazel. She was the only woman who hated Gavin to death. In fact, she even dared to attack him openly. However, Gavin couldn't trust Beatrice either, even though she looked kind and motherly, she could be wearing a mask.

The phone rang, Gavin picked it up lazily. He smiled wryly at the information from his secretary. Then Gavin said, "Alright. I'll be right there."

Gavin walked casually, he still spread a sweet smile to the employees. Instead of getting blasphemy or hateful stares, they openly encouraged Gavin. They believed that Gavin was not sneaky and greedy like the others.

The executive meeting was held abruptly. It was all due to orders from The Next's owner, Caesar Alexavier. All the executives were present, except Park Ha-Neul, the biggest investor in the company.

The situation in the room was so chaotic, they all demanded that Gavin step down from the Manager position.

"Even though you're Caesar's son, I can't let this company fall apart because of someone like you. I told you, you don't deserve that position," William said passionately. He kept cornering Gavin. It was only natural since he had been on Ed Franklin's side all along.

"I will be responsible for all these losses. " Caesar spoke up.

The meeting's decision relieved Galvin. All media reports about him had been deleted simultaneously. Caesar was the one who was responsible for all these losses. Finally, Gavin officially resigned from The Next company. This is all purely because of Gavin's wishes.

This afternoon Gavin didn't go back to Alexavier's house, he decided to go back to Jeffry's apartment. Gavin was reluctant to meet the residents there.

Just as Gavin was about to close his eyes, Soraya called to give Gavin a report. Sleepiness was instantly replaced by anger.
