Chapter 61

It was eventually time to go back home. Elvis could sense that she was worried as they drove along the road and he said.

"Don't worry. Everything is going to be alright." He assured her.

Even though she nodded her head and looked more calm on the outside, she was still shaken to her roots on the inside.

She kept sighing at multiple intervals and could hardly focus on the road as they drove.

Soon enough, a novice driver was approaching the road and was trying to reverse, not caring if there were other cars on the road.

The path at which this was done was too narrow and because Marissa could draw a halt, it was already way too late as the cars collided with each other.

Most of the drivers had turned off their cars to help the victims but it turned out that hopefully, none of them were injured apart from Marissa who had a little scratch on her left arm close to her elbow.
