Chapter Two Hundred & Eleven

Martins got home. The pains in his head were severe. Madam Felicia was trying to clean his wounds. The fight with Dennis was so serious that it gave him a cut in the head. He was not expecting it to be like that. He had wanted to confront Clara and ask her what she was doing with Dennis but it seems Dennis came prepared for him.

He had his suspicion cleared. Clara was with Dennis. He wondered what she was with him for. He began to think of several reasons for her pretense but could not point it out.
