Of course, he still had his horn of palmwine with hm, caught up in the ecstasy of duty.Once he had gone down, he pulled the chain taut and then proceeded to slip down the rest of the chains to Earth. He had the shell and the fowl under his armpit while he used the other free hand to hold onto the chain.
