Dallen locked Ace in the basement

Agnes and Ace were taken by Dallen to his house. Agnes received treatment for the wounds made by her father, while Ace was locked up in the basement. 

This basement was very cold. He was even put in Dallen's prison cell. Ace's body was shivering, his wounds untreated. Dallen pretended to Agnes that Ace was being treated in his father's room. Not only was Ace locked up, his hands and feet were bound. His mouth was duct-taped with black tape. It was so painful. The humid room was like hell. 

Although Agnes had let Ace go, Dallen had not. He wanted to torture Ace more and more. Dallen wanted to make Ace suffer so much that he begged for death.  

"Agnes, I'm sorry," Ace said in his heart.

Ace leaned his back against the wall. He was having trouble breathing because of the duct tape. Hoping that the desperate man's tears would loosen the duct tape, then cry harder. 

Yes, men are human too. He deserves to cry if he's really hurt. Tears rolled down his scarred cheeks and blood flowed from his eyes, nose and other parts of his body. It was like endless suffering. Even if Ace died, he would not calm down. 

"Are you the one who will leave me or am I the one who cannot help you, Agnes? If I had the wealth your father wants, I would take you wherever you want," Ace whispered. He lowered his gaze, on the leg that was painful to move. 

"ACE!"

Agnes approached Ace. She walked slowly so as not to make any noise. She had also been locked up in this place, so she knew how to escape. Agnes picked up some keys to open the holding cell that held Ace. 

"Agnes, your hand is injured. Then, why did you come here?" Ace said as he touched Agnes' hand. 

With a sobbing voice, Agnes replied, "You need to get out of this place immediately. My father will kill you, Ace," she replied. 

She had stolen too many keys. She had to change several locks to find one that matched her cell. There was no number, no code on each key. She was frustrated. 

"Agnes, are you going to marry Brian?" Ace asked, hoping he would get another answer.

Agnes stopped looking for a key for a while. She did not look Ace in the eye. She simply replied, "Yes. There is no choice. What we want at stake is life. Ace, I don't want you to die. Get out of my sight from now on. Live a better life and find your happiness."

"But I'm happy with you by my side, Agnes!" Ace immediately answered her with protruding veins. Yes, he was a little angry now. Ace shook his head, "No! At the very least, I want to see you happy, Agnes. Although I'm too greedy to ask you to marry me. But can I fight again? I feel that we have a chance."

"Fool! What else can you fight for, Ace?! My father is an evil and powerful man. While you're already battered like this and want to fight for me? It means you'll be close to death. Ace, please leave after this."

Agnes managed to open the cell. Ace immediately hugged Agnes' body. So tightly that Ace felt that this was their last meeting. Agnes cried, she didn't want to let go of Ace. She wanted to live with him.

"What are you doing here?! I told you not to leave Agnes alone! She'll do something crazy like this!"

Agnes often managed to escape, but returned to the cell so that her father wouldn't get suspicious. But this time was different, the mission to save Ace failed. Agnes was caught red-handed for the first time. 

Dallen and his two bodyguards found Agnes in this underground cell. Dallen's eyes were bloodshot, his veins were popping, the fire inside his chest was already blazing. His anger could no longer be contained. Agnes was also surprised that Dallen would find her here and look to save Ace. 

"Give me the footage," Dallen ordered his two bodyguards.

They also provided footage of Felix being bullied by Dallen. The video footage showed Felix screaming in terror because he had been tortured by Dallen. Ace was screaming. He couldn't bear to see his brother being treated like that. Especially, after seeing Felix covered in a white cloth by Dallen. Dallen looked smug in the video, having killed Felix. 

With what courage he had left, Ace pushed his body. Ace couldn't walk, so he moved forward with his thighs. He pulled Dallen's legs until Dallen fell backwards. 

"Hey! What are you doing?" said Dallen who was trying to stand up. 

Dallen stood up with the help of his two Bodyguards. Dallen kicked Ace in the stomach. He also picked up a bottle and slammed it down on a table. Only half of the sharp, pointy bottle remained. Everyone who was watching Dallen already knew what he was going to do to Ace. 

Dallen swung the bottle.

"Stop it!" Agnes ran towards Dallen.

But the bottle hurt Agnes, her daughter. Agnes' neck was hit by the bottle. More blood came out. Agnes tried to shield Ace, hoping her father would stop, but the bottle hit her instead. 

"AGNES!" screamed Ace. 

Agnes dropped her body on Ace's. Ace caught the girl's body with a painful feeling. Meanwhile, Dallen was still shocked by what he did to his daughter.  

Bob, one of his bodyguards, checked Agnes' pulse. "Sir, Agnes is dead."

Dallen pushed his body back. He was terrified now. His eyes were glazed over. "Bob, I can't take it anymore. Take care of the two of them and don't tell Emily that I killed Agnes. Hurry!"

Ace was almost crazy. He was really upset with Dallen. If he had any energy left, he wanted to kill Dallen with his bare hands. Dallen was really cruel to have killed his daughter. To make matters worse, Dallen did not want to be blamed in this case. Nor was he saddened by his daughter's death. He was just afraid that if this became known, then his career would be ruined. 

"Yes, sir!" 

The two Body Guards took care of the two of them quickly. One of the BodyGuards took Agnes for burial, while Bom injected something into Ace's neck that made Ace unconscious. 

Bob put Ace in his car. He also took a jumbo suitcase. Inside Bob's car, Felix was already there. Bob seemed to be planning to dispose of them both. In accordance with Dallen's orders, the death of Ace and Felix would not harm him, because they were both just ordinary people. 

Meanwhile, Dallen has his own busy life. He contacted Brian that Agnes had died because Ace had killed her. He also informed his wife and the entire media with his false statement. 

Agnes' funeral will be held tomorrow. In addition, Dallen would also hold a press conference with the reporters. He had a bad idea, capitalizing on his daughters death.
