An hour.

The wild composure of the once gentle breeze which had metamorphosed into a wild counterpart by time started to dwindle, and so did the mirage of realism which had been supplanted earlier.

The echo from the horizon and the calls of the seagulls added something surreal to the feeling at that moment. It felt like Alves was plucked from his original body and was made into a remote version.

His eyes ,which keenly observed Akulia who was still on his knees, slowly moved to his body. There seemed to be a twist to the sudden change which had just caught up with him.

Everything happened in a close sequence whereby if a mental account of it was not taken, it would seem as though it never happened.

"Akulia."

There was urgency in Alves' tone when he called at Akulia. And at the mention of the fellow's name, he rose slowly on his feet.

Perhaps he would had remained like that, on his knees, if Alves hadn't relieved him.

"What's this?"
