Robert glanced at his watch, it was almost three in the afternoon and Sam hadn't arrived yet. He got up from his seat and approached the bed where Dakota was leaning against a high pillow still reading his book.

"Dax, I'll be out for a while, if Sam doesn't come, I'll stay here with you tonight, okay?"

"Just go home, Rob, just leave me alone here, you guys will only disturb my sleep."

Robert pursed his lips.

"Yeah, but your room here is more comfortable than in the apartment, do I have to sleep alone with that Sam? It's going to be weird."

Dakota turned, looking at Robert for a moment.

“What happened to your apartment? Why don't you come with Kim?”

Robert scratched his head.

"Your sister is busy with her work, while the apartment is very cold, I'm afraid to sleep alone."

For a moment, Dakota glanced at Robert. He knew that his brother-in-law was just talking carelessly. There is no way he'

He remembered that last night because he was so tired, he fell asleep on Dakota’s very tempting bed, so why did he end up there?“Boss, let’s go out!” Edi’s voice still echoed in his head. His forehead was hot, and he was sweating even though the room was cold. He pulled himself up and sat, glancing at Dakota’s neatly made bed. It was nearing noon, eight in the morning when h
