Chapter Sixteen- Welcome the ‘New Temporary Regulators’!

Min was sitting on a chair drinking tea with Mrs. Kyu who wasn't looking very happy

"I'M SORRY" min said despairingly

"You tricked me" Mrs. kyu whose face was colder than ice said why glaring straight at min making her to guiltily avert her eyes

"Really sorry" Min muttered helplessly

'WTF, is this some dog-blooded romance film where the boyfriend apologizes for tricking his love partner?'

It happened like this—

Mr. Yoshikazu completely spilled all the things min did to Mrs. Kyu which thoroughly shocked her,

The so-called cute and lovely girl was really this vicious and this thought made her NOT happy, the fact a kid has had her brainwashed for so long, she deserved to be punished, hehehe.

Min: I feel chills down my spine

"Min, taking law into your own hands and doing things like that, isn't good, don't you know that those kids could develop a mental trauma?" Mrs. kyu said while elegantly drinking her tea

'Actually, it's for the points and not the goodwill'

"I'm sorry" Min said while taking up her own cup of tea and sipping it

"SAY ANOTHER THING!" Mrs. Kyu slammed her tea on the table and barked, startling min

"I'll accept any punishment given" Min said in a low tone with her head lowered

"Your punishment is that badge though?" Mrs.Kyu who had regained her calm, cooly said while taking another sip of her tea

"Onee-san please! I can't do it! Kaoru is even worse, this school might just crash!" Min stood up while flailing her hands and saying helplessly

"Is that a threat?" Mrs. Kyu asked with squinted eyes that pressured min

Min noticed that her manners weren't exactly good so she sat down while bringing her tea to her lips to take a sip, her eyes on the tea she muttered-

"No" 

After a few minutes of silence, Mrs. K-yu sighed, seeming to have softened she said-

"Okay, let's do it like this, you and Kaoru will be the only regulators for a month, you can get outside help except from the main regulators, if you manage to do your work properly, then in a month we'll take the badge from you, understand?" Mrs. Kyu asked while looking at Min, waiting for her answer.

Min considered this, it was probably the best option they had or get stuck with this diligent student work, she shivered just at the thought of that.

"Deal!" she immediately agreed

And that's how Kaoru and Min came to A class for the nobles to ask a certain person for help.

Min sighed and gave a pitiful look at Kaoru, she wasn't really into talking to people…., Kaoru gave her a thumbs up and an encouraging smile which cheered her up a bit.

The regulators were a bit hesitant to dump all the work to an Unknown outsider and Kaoru of all people, Satoshi especially, he wasn't happy with the principal using their work as a means of punishing annoying students, so he went to file a complaint…

Well, the aftermath was him coming back beaming, then calling a meeting for the club, kicking Kaoru and Min out temporarily.

When they were let in again, they all gave up their badges excitedly and patted Min and kaoru while telling them to work hard.

Min who was expecting to use their resistance to solve everything: You Spineless Fools!

Satoshi was especially in to rub it well on them, he gave them a bunch of 'Special invitation' cards for inviting the new partners and after thoroughly 'Encouraging' them, the asshole left with a derisive smirk, directly mocking them.

Kaoru broke a pen in half while min patted her back to calm her down

"Satoshi, Can those girls really cope? Because i honestly don't have any hope for kaoru here even though she's my girl and i know how smart she is, but this is SO not for her, it's now up to that outsider girl, but can she really do it? I wonder why Mrs. Kyu trusts that outsider....." Akemi, who still had some reluctance to dump the job at Min and Kaoru, asked Satoshi while frowning.

The rest of the group had long varnished with akemi and satoshi in the school garden on the flowers discussing official matters before Akemi brought what she had since been worried about.

"It's no big deal, the principal himself said that if anything goes wrong that he'll put us in charge right away without any waste of time" Satoshi said while patting akemi's back to calm her down

"Okay then, the others are all gone, wanna hang out, just me and you~?" Akemi said while playfully nudging satoshi's hand

"I don't know, i still have..." satoshi was just about to reject when he saw akemi giving him the pitiful puppy look with tears hanging in her eyes

"Sato~, pretty please? for your bestie~? eh? eh~~~?" 

Satoshi looked on for a while then sighed before agreeing, and thus a happy Akemi dragged off her always busy bestie to go have some fun~.

Collecting herself, min entered the class, the incident about the JJs was still going on online, so many easily recognized her

Seeing kaoru beside her, they were sure that it was her…. 'The Trickster' in the Mischief Makers.

That's right, min and kaoru had gotten themselves a name. It would have been surprising though if they didn't after what they pulled off.

Min ignored the stares and went directly to the target, a girl with ruby eyes and black hair. Min had met this girl before and found her a bit interesting, after asking around one or two things about her she was sure this girl was going to be of great help.

Without further ado, she went straight to business—

"As the temporary regulators for a month, we plead with you to be in contractual acquaintance with us for a certain limited amount of time, what do you say Ha-Nuel?" Min said with a blank face while looking straight at ha-neul waiting for her answer.

Silence~

Everywhere was silent, did the Mischief makers just say…..They were the new temporary regulators…. Looking now…. Those badges….

But ha-neul wasn't the least flustered like her classmates, she smirked and faced min saying-

"I knew you would be interesting Dabin Min, may we discuss this in private after school activities?"

"As you wish, hope you know our office?" Min replied with a professional smile

"Yes"

"Okay and bye" And min and kaoru left the dumbfounded class just like that.

What just happened?

Before school dismissal the news had spread, many weren't really pleased, an outsider being a regulator? They'd rather not.

But since it was the principal's order, they dared not disobey, but secretly, most of them was waiting for these 'new regulators' to fail woefully.

Min sat down and looked at the five students before her, There was Ha-Neul, Aki Endomoto- a cute blonde guy with baby blue eyes, Asahi Endo- a brunette girl with black eyes, Margarita Vinogradov- her seatmate, purple hair and blue eyes and last but not least, Rowan Jake- messy black hair with blue eyes.

She opened her mouth to start before kaoru barged in with different sorts of drinks.

"I've got the drink guys~"

They all took their various choices and thanked kaoru, min took her mango sweetened iced tea, taking a good sip, which seemed to restore her vitality as her eyes glowed.

Kaoru was more on coffee, especially ones with silly faces and it was kinda funny seeing her sip her espresso that had a gif with a tongue stuck out and a silly look.

Rowan smiled a bit at her cuteness but soon kept a straight face, while min chuckled at kaoru's childish behavior,

After the drink and calming silence, the meeting finally began.

"Having introduced ourselves, I'd like to get straight to the point, you'll help us run this club and in exchange you ask the school for one thing, how is that?" Min said with a straight face and cupped hands

"What exactly are the restrictions to our request?" Asahi Asked with a straight face

"I like that question, kaoru?" Min motioned at kaoru who was sitting beside her

"The restrictions are all based on the rules of the school, because as regulators of course we can't break our own rules…. BUT there is an exception though…."

Seeing the others look at her with a look that screamed 'Continue…' she said-

"As long as your request doesn't cross a certain line, it'll be fulfilled regardless of the rules, right min?"

"Yes" Min nodded at kaoru before facing the group and looking at them straight 

The five students looked at each other as if communicating through their eyes, after a while Ha-Neul started-

"I want to be the researcher for this club and be provided with full access to the research room, this is my only request" 

"Eh?" Min asked in surprise, she was expecting Ha-nuel to ask to be the leader of the club…, but this…

Ha-Nuel: Oh? You want to push all your work to me? Hehe won't let it happen

Min: (Crying in sorrow) Wuwuwu, I'm being bullied by everyone!

Min thought about it and agreed, although it was a pity ha-neul didn't choose to be the leader but her request was simple nevertheless.

Kaoru took out a bunch of documents, wrote something and told ha-neul to sign.

Ha-neul read it and was impressed by kaoru's handwriting, it was far better than hers, she didn't expect someone with her kind of character to have this kind of beautiful handwriting!

Her goodwill of kaoru unknowingly improved.

The other students gave their requests, it was feasible, a few would require the principal's agreement and min was sure the principal wouldn't mind signing it.

After this, they shared the roles of the club between themselves, Min was the head, Kaoru was assistant, Ha-neul was the researcher,

Asahi was the one handling the punishing of students, Aki was her assistant,

Rowan was the secretary and Margarita was the informant about what was happening at school, as she was good at blending in and conversations, it was the right job for her.

And so 'The temporary regulators' were formed and this group was going to rock this school.
