Chapter 12

Remove the system before it has a chance to come back to consciousness.

“Ahhhh”

Pitch screens that prevented anyone from seeing their heart continued to resonate as Lucian and the others moved forward.

Lucian was so overcome with happiness that he couldn't contain himself and started running around like a lunatic. The time has come to embark on a hunting excursion.

Unexpectedly, ten hostile-looking exoskeletal creatures with eight pointy organs that functioned as limbs confronted the unprepared group as it rushed toward them. These organisms had an exoskeleton and appeared to have a hostile disposition. These internal organs were arranged in a manner that gave the impression that they were about to attack.

These creatures were able to quickly shift positions due to the fact that their exoskeletons consisted of eight sharp organs that performed the function of limbs. Because of their exoskeletons, they possessed the ability to do this. You obscene spider bug, die! The terrifying glare that emanated from its tiny eyes, which were visible on its dark, triangular-shaped head, was directed in the direction of him. The beast that stood before him had been constructed with the sole intention of harming him.

When the young Japanese man with blue hair and a lean build brought down a long wooden staff on the beast, he exploded with indignation and muttered something in Japanese at the same time. "How in the world could this be happening?" As the young Japanese man pulled out the shattered piece of his prized staff, he let out a scream that was equal parts disbelief and terror. The vicious beast let out a ferocious roar as it charged toward him with its jaws aimed squarely at his head. The beast's teeth were clenched tightly together.

The powerful creature's fangs, which looked like shark teeth, ripped through the top of his skull before he had a chance to react, killing him instantly. The creature's attack resulted in the instantaneous death of a recruit, but he was not the only casualty of its kind to occur during the conflict; incidents of a similar nature took place in each and every one of the conflict's locations.

Other recruits feared things that were even worse than what had happened to the Japanese youth because they were eliminated without putting up any resistance. They tried to kill the monsters with swords, axes, knives, spears, and other sharp weapons, but they were unable to penetrate them deeply enough to cause fatal wounds; the best they could hope for was to leave minor scars on them.

Some people tried to kill the monsters with sharp weapons, those who were armed fired their weapons at the monsters, but this did nothing more than delay the inevitable because the bullets simply left scars on the exoskeletal armor that the creatures wore to protect themselves from harm. In other words, the creatures were unaffected by the gunfire.

They suffered a horrible death at the hands of the creature, which ultimately resulted from its jagged limbs and teeth tearing into them. The horrific scene that was created was the result of their blood and various internal organs being splattered across the ground where there was grass.

Because of this occurrence, the creatures became so terrifying that, despite the fact that the gullible recruits had joined up and were preparing themselves for the worst case scenario, what was happening right in front of their eyes was beyond what any normal person could bear to see. This event caused the creatures to become so terrifying that it was impossible for any normal person to bear to see what was happening.

The voice ordered everyone to "Run for your lives." A young lady who was white, had blonde hair, and was dressed in long leggings and a t-shirt with a badass boots, when she yelled out some angry words. Other naive people quickly followed in her footsteps after she set the example. They all agreed that her proposed solution was the best option, so there was no debate. It was obvious that the only way to ensure one's own survival was to flee the scene. In light of the fact that they were unable to inflict significant harm on their adversary, clinging to life in the face of such insurmountable odds would only hasten their demise.

When the less experienced recruits began to run for their lives, Lucian, Joan, and the few other experienced recruits broke through the front line and made their way over to the creatures. At the same time, the less experienced recruits began to flee for their lives.

"dark choppers" spiders After Lucian had finally been able to make out the shapes of the creatures in the periphery of his vision, he sputtered. It seemed as though he possessed a comprehensive comprehension of what they were. In a strange turn of events, Lucian had previously come across creatures of this type while he was leading the initial deployment of the guardian army in Rhombus.

He was able to recall the features of these monstrosities that were the most alarming and revolting, and he listed them here. If one were to have another experience that was comparable to this one, one would find that these monsters and their minions were the most ineffective opponents that one could face.

"cease doing that immediately."

Your lives will be wasted trying to kill those beasts because they are immune to anything that you could possibly throw at them, including knives, axes, and bullets. Trying to kill them will result in the loss of your lives.

“stop!!

Why don't you listen? Are you all deaf?

The escaping recruits tried to alert Lucian and the others who were under siege in an effort to prevent them from hastening to their deaths, but their warnings were ignored.

Lucian and the others persisted despite being warned. Joan followed Lucian and the other leaders not because he understands how the world operates as well, but rather because he trusted Lucian, who had already attained the experience from his Rhombus journey and has encountered situations extremely similar to this.

Lucian grabbed the initiative, howling and running towards the closest foe as he prepared to attack. The dark chopper spider suddenly turned its attention to the front after spotting an approaching danger while it was still munching on the remnants of a victim whose abdomen had been pierced by one of its pointed legs.

In an effort to frighten Lucian away, it beards its razor-sharp fangs, which were horribly adorned with red blood and tissue. The terrifying sight would have frightened any regular person.

On the other side, Lucian simply grew more eager to put an end to this hellish existence. Lacking any further intrigue, he skillfully chopped down at the creature's limbs.

pursuing death!

"Until I was looking at that guy, I had no idea that there were morons alive who knew nothing about death, even in actuality."

Lucian's action, which appeared foolish in their eyes, caused the fleeing naive recruits to pause in their running at one point and start to mutter to themselves.

However, their theories were about to be disproven when Lucian's weapon collided with the dark chopper spider, who was caught somewhat unexpectedly.

“swoosh!!.”

In the eyes of the impressionable recruits, the sword's slashing created an arc over all of its limbs, slicing into the impregnable body like pinner butter. The creature screeched as it fell to the earth, spilling silly green blood from its wounds as its limbs split off from the body.

Lucian aimed at its neck without pause. Its head was launched into the air as purple blood gushed.

“ahhhhhh!.”

The naive recruits who were watching in horror, unable to comprehend how he was able to breach the defense of the horrible creature, which they had failed to even fatally wound, opened their eyes wide.

Joan's eyes widened in amazement, and a female shriek emerged from his mouth, but no one could hear it because of the volume's extreme lowness and everyone's focus was on Lucian.

However, Lucian was unfazed by the chaos going on around him. He felt rather happy as his body underwent a delightful, familiar shift.

Immediately after he killed the beast, enigmatic energy from his awareness invaded his entire being, upgrading every cell's unit inexplicably into a higher stage of existence. He instantly lost awareness of the outer world as this was happening, and alerts began to ring in his head.

_______________

People of virtually every race, ethnicity, and nation could be seen strewn about on seats across tables as they drank and wasted their time in a busy bear pallor.

Storming into the bear pallor in a loose black suit and black hat, a dignified and beautiful middle-aged woman with chilly continence made her way over to a table where two muscular guys of different ethnicities were arm-wrestling.

A Spanish man standing in the right corner was only wearing his sweaty singlet and brown pants, while in the left corner a bare-chested Indian man fighting in tight blue genes stood in opposition to him.

The two were encircled by a group of men and women who cheered raucously, substantially adding to the commotion.

"Recruits life insurance duties have officially started, you're needed in the central office."

She spoke calmly as she approached them with a voice that was neither loud nor soft. This woman seems to have trouble expressing herself, judging by how chilly she is.

Unfortunately, despite her repeated calls, neither the boisterous spectators nor the wrestlers responded. They were too preoccupied with their respective tasks to even notice her.

Nobody responded to her until she eventually lost it with them and slammed her leg to the table, breaking it into two parts. Everyone in the room, including the wrestlers and the spectators, turned to look at her; their expressions summed up the general outrage.

Her stunning form immediately attracted many hot glances, but she was unaffected by this in any way. She snapped in a low voice while maintaining her furious expression.

Get to the central office right away since you have both been called for recruits' life insurance duty.

Lieutenant Natalie is here, ahh?

The two men battling suddenly exclaimed at the same moment as their annoyance instantly disappeared after catching a glimpse of her figure. It was quickly replaced with a range of feelings. astonishment, despair, and terror.
