Terry smiled amusedly reading the pamphlet he got from the foreign girl. The narrative that was written there was very good to lead the opinion. An stupid person would immediately believe what was written in this booklet.

"Sir?" The girl called Terry back in her cute tone. Terry turned his head, giving a look of confusion.

"Yes?"

"Are you interested in the survival game?"

Terry was pensive. He thought for a moment. To be honest, he had no interest in the game on this pamphlet. Because he knew that it was a scam. A lot of shows were airing this on television.

"Um..." Terry muttered under his breath, as if making a difficult decision. His brown eyes turned to the strange girl in front of him. For some reason, those round eyes made him melt a little. At first Terry wanted to refuse. But his mouth said otherwise.

"I'll think about it later," he said neutrally as he turned his face the other way, reluctant to meet her gaze. Terry felt that the girl's round eyes had a hypnotic effect on him.

The girl's face dimmed slightly for a split second but returned to smiling as cheerfully as before. "Alright. If you want to join the survival game, you can call the number there."

The girl stepped closer to Terry, then stood on tiptoe to whisper in the man's ear. "Because that number is my personal number. So, call me whenever you want to follow, sir."

Terry quickly moved away from the girl. His ears looked flushed, as well as his cheeks. He looked so embarrassed that it was difficult for him to speak. Terry covered his flushed face with the pamphlet he was holding.

The girl chuckled at Terry's attitude, which she found adorable. His blushing face made her a little interested in teasing him further.

"Then I'll go first."

Terry chose to walk away, away from the strange girl. His steps were so fast. He even almost bumped into the other pedestrians because of his haste.

The girl shook her head. She took out her cell phone from her pocket and searched for someone's contact. Once she got it, she pressed the call button to report something.

"Hello?"

"Hello, sir. This is Marissa, from team X in the field," the girl said in a happy tone.

"Yes, how is your report, Marissa?"

"The target has gotten the pamphlet according to your directions."

"Alright. You continue our plan to plan A21."

"Ready."

The girl with the code Marissa turned off her phone. She smiled sweetly as she looked at Terry's back, which was getting farther away from her eyes.

"The players have gathered. It's time to start the retaliation plan."

Terry was already at his house. He took off the shoes he was wearing to the rack behind the door.

After that, he walked inside. He planned to rest for a while. His head felt dizzy thinking about the same thing.

A way to earn extra money to pay off his wife's debt.

Terry slammed his body onto the sofa. He closed his eyes with a rough sigh. The dizziness from exhaustion and the thought of Alice's debt made his head almost burst.

Just as he was about to fall asleep, he heard a strange sound, like a moan. Terry ignored it, thinking it was part of his dream.

However, the sound was getting louder and clearer. Inevitably, Terry reopened his eyes. He got up from his seat and looked around to see where the sound was coming from.

"Looks like a familiar voice," he muttered softly. He walked around like a thief, trying not to make any noise.

Upon following, the sound was coming from inside his room. Terry paused for a moment, then put his ear to the door. He wanted to hear it more clearly.

"Huh...take it easy. My husband is still working. He won't be home at this hour."

The voice sounded sensual in his ears. And uniquely, he recognized it. It sounded like Alice, his wife.

Not wanting to guess, Terry grabbed the knob and opened it slowly.

As soon as the door was fully opened, Terry rounded his eyes, as if he were going to get out of the place. His body froze for a few moments. His breath was held, and his heartbeat seemed to stop.

Alice?"

Terry held his chest. It felt tight and painful watching the person he had loved all this time now making out intimately with someone else.

The two people who finished the hot activity gasped in surprise at Terry's unexpected arrival.

"Terry?!"

Terry walked towards his wife with his hands clenched into fists. The shock turned into furious anger. His jaw tightened, and his body gave off a suffocating aura of intimidation.

"Alice," he called in a hoarse tone.

Alice, who was on the bed together with her mistress, could not move. They both seemed to be rooted to the spot watching Terry, who was getting closer.

"So, this is what you do while I'm away at work?"

Alice did not answer the question. She turned her face in another direction, avoiding Terry's piercing gaze.

Feeling ignored, Terry gripped his wife's wrist tightly, making Alice grimace in pain.

"Did the cat eat your tongue so you can't speak?" He said it in a cold tone. This was the first time Terry had said that.

Alice winced. She bit her lip. Because for whatever reason, Terry's grip on her hand was painful!

"Answer my question, Alice!"

"Ukh, Terry, let go of me. It’s hurts," Alice moaned.

"No!" Terry tightened his grip on his wife's wrist even more. This, of course, made Alice's whimpers turn into screams.

"It hurts?" Terry asked. There was anger and despair in his voice. "It hurts a lot more to see you in another man's arms, Alice."

"I'm doing this because you can't fulfill-"

"Fulfill your lavish lifestyle?" Terry asked right in his wife's ear. Which made Alice freeze as if she had been doused by cold water.

Seeing that Alice wasn't arguing with him like she usually did, Terry continued. "I've tried my hardest to make sure we have enough, putting my own needs aside. But you chose this path instead."

Terry released his grip from his wife's hand. His gaze still looked intimidating and piercing. The kind-hearted Terry seemed to vanish in the wind.

"Get out of this house. From now on you are not my wife anymore!"

Alice held back her tears. She put on her clothes, then picked up the suitcase under the bed. After that, Alice walked out of the house along with her mistress.

"You'll regret dumping me, Terry!" Alice shouted before leaving Terry alone.

Terry sighed and sat on the edge of the bed. He cupped his face with one hand, with the anger still not quenched.

Not quite there, trouble struck again. Daisy, his daughter, called him several times, making his head spin.

Putting aside his irritation, Terry picked up the call.

"What's wrong, Daisy?"

"Dad, help me. That man wants to take me away because you haven't paid Mommy's debt."

"What?!"
