“Wow! Number three is amazing!”

“I actually pity the other guy fighting him.”

“I think the other blue Gi student is doing good too.”

“Yeah but doing good doesn’t mean that he can actually take down Hideyo number three!”

“Of course There’s no way in hell that’s gonna happen! I pity Group C now. This might be a harsh thing to say but we all know they are screwed.”

“They barely even took down Arata.”

"Point of correction. They were lucky with Arata. Funny thing is lightning doesn't strike this same place twice."

John’s attention was hijacked from the Big Display screen by the harsh opinions of the nearby seating fans. He glanced towards the directions of the commenting fans and looked back at the screen. There was a sudden disturbed look on his face as he saw both Hideyo and Danny on the Big screen again.

Most of the fans in the arena seemed to have already predicted and accepted Group C’s loss. John however hasn’t yet accepted it. And at the same time he perfectly understood why the other fans were supporting Group A. Group A is a strong team. It won’t be wrong to actually say Group C beating Group A is as good as impossible. Group A had two members of the Strongest Five. Hideyo and Daniel Ross. Thinking with simple logic everybody already knows which group is gonna win the Round two and Deep-down John already knows this too.

Maybe if it was another scenario he would’ve initially supported Group A but this current scenario made things different. He wanted Group C to win. Moreover he wanted his friend to win.

But all he could do right now was to continue watching how the round two of the Representative tournament will keep unfolding. Staying Hopeful for Gabriel’s win was all he could do right now which was a hard thing to do given the fact the situation was not looking optimistic in anyway.

“Huh? They seem to be right. That number three king seem pretty strong.” Machia even interjected with a negative statement but he was saying the truth.

John watched Hideyo and Danny on the screen with concerned eyes. ‘Your group better win you deep shit!’

“So an endurance match is what you want now?” Danny chuckled.

“I didn’t speak with water in my mouth did I?”

“Am I that strong for you now? You know only  weak people seek for endurance match.”

“Huh?”

“Huahaha” Hideyo grabbed his belly as he openly lauged like he had just heard a very funny joke.

His laugh quickly grew quite. Hideyo pointed Danny with a smile and said “Hey boy. I have to admit. I like you.”

“I only get this attitude from the other Members of The Strongest Five. I wasn’t expecting to get such a challenging attitude from you.”

Danny gulped as he felt a cold sweat in the palm of his hands. It was quite the opposite for him actually. ‘I’m trembling like hell right here. At least if he’s now seeking for an endurance match that would actually do the trick to stall him till the others get here. And he doesn’t seem to be going directly for Yua anymore.’

Danny reflexively looked back at Yua who was still standing behind him to be protected.

“Stay back”

Danny started walking forward like he had complete confidence in himself.  Meanwhile inside him felt like... ‘Shit! it’s gonna be a real pain to deal with this guy.’

But still confidence was what he needed to display now. He looked up at Hideyo with a profound smile. “Hey. Well then I guess Over-throning you is allowed right?”

Hideyo eyes was greatly shaken with excitement. He quickly opened his mouth “This is gonna be fun. Come!”

Danny caused a huge burst of wind as he ran over to blow Hideyo. Hideyo swiftly caught his fist like it was nothing.

“Hey I can defend too you know. My turn!” Hideyo leaped up into the air till his feet was at Danny’s head level. He immediately gave Danny a strong kick to the head. His leg broke off from the collision with Danny’s head.

Danny lost his balance for a second due to the impact before he swiftly regained back his stance. ‘Shit! This guy is hitting me really hard. The fact his limbs are going off from his own attack is no joke. Every of his attacks has force. I’m sure i would’ve been knocked out by now if it’s wasn’t for my shield.’

Danny gave Hideyo a shocking hit that shot him away.

‘Now Danny think. How do I defeat this guy? I have opened a hole in his stomach but that didn’t work. He healed right back up.’

Hideyo appeared right back in front of Danny with a big smile. Then there was sparks as they both backed away.

Danny gritted his teeth. ‘Or should I cut off his head?’

Hideyo appeared in the front of Danny and swung his leg upward to collide with Danny’s head. Danny reflexively bent down to avoid Hideyo’s leg by a hairs’s breath.

‘Goddamn it! This guy’s speed is enough to make someone pee their pants. His main ability is not speed but he’s goddamn fast’

Speed. Having speed or is not an option for the  whole members of The Strongest Five. Even though all their individual abilities isn’t speed, their speeds were still impeccable.  Their fast movements and agility was something they all honed due to hard training. And anybody who intends to get stronger can do the same but there were some sets of rare powered human who had speed as their main powered human ability.

The Strongest Five speed was children plays compared to their speed. Their fast movements were completely out of this world. These sets of powered humans were called ‘Speedsters’.

Although even though Hideyo was not a speedster, his speed was still very challenging for Danny.

Hideyo kept throwing attacks at Danny. Some attacks Danny was able to doge while he took some attacks head on. Danny attacked but his attacks were to no avail. He even pierced through Hideyo chest to rip out his heart but Hideyo healed up instantly. Hideyo took Danny’s attack head on. He was not in anyway trying avoiding Danny’s attack by dodging or counteracting it.  He took Danny’s attack head on to instantly land his own attack even when he knew quite well Danny was kind of indestructible.

‘Shit! Will it be okay if I cut off his head?’ Danny wondered while defending against Hideyo’s blows. Hideyo kept on landing blows at Danny.

‘Ouch!’ Danny made an inward moan with his teeths clenched together. ‘His attacks are beginning to sting. My shield is already beginning to reach his limit’

“Come on don’t tell me you’re feeling that already?”

Danny stared wildly at Hideyo as he blocked Hideyo’s next blow.

‘Goddam it. It’s not just his agility and healing that are good. His perception is also on another level. I can’t continue like this.’

Hideyo’s attacks pace suddenly started to increase.

‘His attacks are getting more faster. He knows I’m already getting to my limit.’

Danny kept guarding against some blows even when he had his shield.

‘There’s no doubt it. If I continue like this I will lose. I have to cut his head of. I have already gone far by ripping out his heart before so I think cutting his head off should be okay in the tournament. That’s all I can do now’

Danny’s facial expression of pain started to show. Hideyo gave Danny another kick. Danny counteracted the kick with his hands as he drifted backwards.

‘I’ll just have to cut off his head in one go!’

Danny propelled forward again towards Hideyo and sliced off Hideyo’s legs. Hideyo upper body was already falling off from his detached legs.  Danny instantaneously swung his arms at the same level with Hideyo’s head when he was already falling. There was a sudden disturbance in surroundings as the air around them tore apart. The ground around them also shattered.

“Ohhhh...”

“That was a really strong attack from Danny”

“Did he get him in the neck?

“How should I know! we are both watching right!”

The attentive fans stared seriously at the screen to see what had transpired from Danny’s attack.

Danny instinctively turned back to see the result of his attack but instead he saw Hideyo on the scattered ground with his head still intact and both his arms severed.

‘Shit! He dodge!’

‘Wait he dodged?’ There was a sudden belated realization in Danny’s wide eyes as he stared at Hideyo. ‘All these while he didn’t dodge my attacks until now that I attempted to severe his head. The broken floors ground and his severed hands is a proof of that. He used both his arms to block of shield saber in an  instant to shoot his body to the ground with serious force. He really wanted to avoid the attack to his neck.’

Danny lips curved up immediately ‘Which means this Bastard doesn’t want me to cut off his head.’
