The Night

Om!

The environment around him changed drastically, making the void tremble as if something forbidden was born.

"What?"

The pink liquid inside his body moved towards his heart with rapid speed, Sen felt danger by instinct as it moved towards his heart.

The pink liquid became more and more hot alarming his whole body while he tried to move his essence, but essence remained unmoved.

Cut!

Sen stopped eating the beast and cut his skin in big chunk directly severing the connection between pink liquid and his body.

Shh!

A bug which looked like bee evaporated when pink liquid fell on it, and Sen involuntarily trembled as he thought of consequence if he couldn't cut his skin away on right time.

Sigh!

He let out a sigh in relief and watched the beast lying there with no life in his eyes, he looked at quivering pink liquid in its nose and pondered about it.

He also warned himself that trusting the essence completely could be life threatening and he shouldn't rush without information about stuff because due to that he almost lost his life.

He was thinking of this when,

Melt!

"Ahh!"

His formerly  healed organs started to secrete pink liquid, scaring Sen out of his mind.

"Damnit!What the hell is this?" He cursed while thinking of any solution as the pink liquid moved again towards his heart while indicating an utter greed.

Sen understood in an instant that the pink liquid was trying to devour his heart in order replenish itself, maybe it was doing it by its instinct.

"I have to do something, otherwise i will not survive, hurry! Think of something," Sen made an effort to find the solution as he cut his parts of body to stop the pink liquid in distress.

But he couldn't take it more after some seconds as he fell again due to excessive blood loss, while the pink liquid once again rushed towards his heart before his despaired eyes.

Boom!Boom!

Just he was about to lose consciousness, his essence moved tearing apart something in him while the pink liquid retreated with all its force due to unknown fear.

The essence flowed in his blood smoothly turning his blood black in colour while also chasing the pink liquid with all its might.

Shuck!

The essence caught up with the pink liquid in his body devouring it in an instant, also healing Sen body with rapid pace.

Under Sen's incredulous gaze, his black blood boiled again and started strengthening his whole body.

The essence still flowed inside his body as if searching for something.

While his blood was tempering his body at rapid pace, Sen was still lying on the top of huge dark beast with comfort.

He felt as if he had returned to his mother's womb, and was cleansed by some kind of warm liquid.

He let out a muffled groan out of pleasure as he felt his body becoming light and sturdy.

After some time, the feeling was gone and his blood turned red again.

Swish!

He slowly stood up and punched in the air with all his force making swish sound in the direction of his punch.

He smiled in the delight as he slowly clenched his fist "Haha!The essence didn't disappoint me."

Swish!Swish!

"I am two times stronger than an average human at the age of seventeen, it's a simply miracle."

He pondered about it as he punched two times more in air for accurate testing.

"Although the essence lured me into something which could threaten my life but it turned out to be some kind of magical liquid which can strengthen my whole body," He tried to feel essence but was disappointed since he couldn't find it anywhere.

"It seems like it can devour special substances and can provide me some kind of benefits in terms of physical strength," He analysed.

"But i have only devoured a little amount of flesh from the beast and i can feel something inside me is still encouraging me to eat all its flesh," He cautiously thought.

He was hesitant to eat the whole beast since he was not sure if the essence inside his body would help him devour pink liquid.

"Forget about it, i have finally found something special and i can't let it go just because my fear of death," He collected himself as he forcefully tried to control his centipede limbs inside of him.

He took this decision due to many factors but the major factor in them was his pursuit, he finally found something which could help him to break the shackles of human limits.

Even if he died, what is there to regret?

What matters most is your pursuit, the life would of course end one day but if u died chasing what u wanted perhaps there would be no regret.

Crack!

As he thought, The forcipules inside his body forced their way through his skin and revealed themselves.

In the desolate place, A human with centipede limbs chewed the body of gigantic beast as murders in the sky uttered cries as if they were giving the message of death.

As the night became darker , the desolate place started emitting even more lonely aura making people's heart bask in loneliness.

Sen took the last piece of the beast and threw in his mouth as he scanned around.

Strangely this time no matter how much flesh he devoured, the pink liquid didn't move a bit as it was dead.

Sen stood up and his limbs disappeared, and he tried to look around but due to dark night and desolateness of the place, he couldn't find anything.

He turned around and moved towards carriage with slow speed rightly sensing the mark he left on the carriage.

The murders followed him due to that alluring scent of the beast he had on his body but it was not because they wanted to attack him but as a leader which could protect them in this night.

Caw!Caw!

A crow suddenly flapped his wing and rushed towards him with full speed,Sen didn't dodge but let it sit on his shoulder as it cried three times.

He commanded them to surround him from all the directions as he understood the message of crow.

He turned around with slow movement and gazed ahead  in lonely desolate night.

His eyes widened as he saw the old man from the city in far distance looking at him with chilling smile at his face.
