Don's fate turns into revenge

CHAPTER TWO

Ohhh…..my gosh!, is this man out of his mind how would he come from nowhere and say he wants to marry my daughter. Mrs phoenix who is the mother of roselyn spoke up against the confusion that Don had caused.

Don was trying to convince everyone that he had his reasons why he wanted to get married to Roselyn and pay her to save his life. He walked up to her and went down on his knees and took her hands.

“I promise to stay by your side and not let you go.”I am ready to get married to you with your complications. Mark woke up from his unconscious state and was watching the melodrama which was going on.

Mrs phoenix went to Don and held his shirt and was saying “how will you want to marry my daughter, we don't even know who you are and what is the favor you are talking about that she did for you.”

Don told everyone about the incidents that happened to him and his family eight years ago and how Roselyn saved him and how he wanted to use marriage to pay her back and vowed to Stand by her.

Don approached Mr Jeff who was Roselyn's dad and went on his knees and told him to give his daughter to him as his wife and promised to take care of her.

Mr Jeff went to Don with a smile on his face and he believed that he is the right person for his daughter and he was ready to give me a chance to prove himself on being a good son in law.

While.. Roselyn doesn't believe him and she is suspecting that his intentions might not be good and might be up to no good but then Don went to her and said, “Don't you love your daughter and don't you want her to be happy.” She didn't reply but her actions could speak for herself.

“Well ... .I am ready to marry your daughter and I don't have any bad intentions because I am the only suitor that has agreed to settle down with your daughter and I will make her happy.”

Mark went towards Don and started laughing at him saying that how would an ordinary man just work into this great mansion and say he wants to get married to Roselyn and everyone would just agree to that. He could be a scammer or a spy that just wants money.

He offered Don money to get lost and not show his face in the house again, Don went towards Mark and gave him a blasting blow and went on inflicting him with great attacks.

Both men were separated by Mr Jeff and he begged Don to stop hitting Mark, so Don left me immediately. Mark stood up and spat out the blood in his mouth and told Don not to get married to her.

“Don't make yourself a laughing stock by getting married to her all because of fifty million dollars.”

Roselyn refused to get married to Don because she doesn't want to make his life a living hell, she wants his life to be normal and not regretting that he got married to her.

Don went towards and told her that he doesn't want money and he said getting married to her will be the best thing that will ever happen to him because after losing his family he vowed that he will find the person that will help him and pay back all that she did for him.

“Well….. the marriage will begin in three days time so be prepared for my bride, because I would be back to take her with me.”Don said and went back home.

Mr Jeff was so happy after hearing the good news and was preparing for the wedding, Roselyn was also partially happy that she would be getting married to a man that finally values her for who she is.

After three days….

It was the wedding of Don and Roselyn. Everyone was shocked that someone wanted to actually get married to Mr Jeff's daughter but they chose to be happy for them. They exchanged rings and the priest instructed Don to kiss the bride, he looked at everyone and he did it.

Don was at the bar side as he tapped his glass for a refill from the bar man. Mark said as he took the bottle of vodka and poured it into Don's glass and also his glass.

“Let's toast to your new down for.”Mark said as he tapped the shoulder of Don. “Well I promise to take care of my new bride and not leave her side.”Don said he went to go and celebrate with his in-laws and take his new bride.

The party ended and it was time for the traditional wedding night so Don took his new bride to their new Well decorated room and he laid her on the bed.

He removed the bandage from her face and he saw the scars on her face, he took a paste which was made from a Chinese plant and he applied it to her wounds and closed it back.

He told her that he had no intentions of making her feel lonely or uncomfortable and promised to always be by her side and he is ready to give her anything she needs.

After few months of getting married, Roselyn wanted to change her bandage to a new one then she noticed that the scars were gone and she was able to walk again.

“Ohhh……my gosh! I can walk again.”she screamed, suddenly Don attended to her and said that her scars were gone and she was able to walk. He hugged her and gave her a kiss on her forehead.

The rest of the family also came inside the house and found that their daughter was able to walk again and they were all celebrating, Don knew that the first phase of his plan was complete and what remaining is to find the person that killed his family and take revenge for his family.

“Well looks like you could walk again, you have to prepared to surprise your grandma on her birthday and tell her you could walk again”.Don said to Roselyn as she smiled.
