Chapter 11: Do Apologize Mission.

After leaving the hotel, Benjamin's face showed extreme anger. He never thought Isabella would resort to such despicable tactics to divorce him. Just as he was about to drive back to work, his phone suddenly rang.

Seeing Isabella's number displayed on the screen, Benjamin's face darkened even more. Without hesitation, he answered the call on speakerphone.

"What's the meaning of this? If you want to divorce me, you could just talk to me directly. There's no need for these common, shameless tactics. All it does is make me despise you even more!"

On the other side of the phone, after hearing Benjamin's furious rant, Isabella's voice paused momentarily. Waiting for him to vent all his anger, her cold voice finally spoke up.

"Are you done?"

At this point, Benjamin's anger hadn't subsided yet. Hearing Isabella's attitude, he became even more infuriated. However, Isabella didn't allow him to continue venting and spoke first.

"I don't know why you're so angry. But I called you because there's an important matter that I require you to handle. So it's best if you listen carefully to what I have to say. Afterward, you can go back to discussing your own issues."

"What is it?"

Although still angry, Benjamin had no choice but to suppress his anger upon hearing Isabella's words. He then replied with a curt question.

"Do you remember Corbin, whom you hit at the restaurant last time? My company is currently negotiating an indispensable deal with him. However, after you hit him, he became outraged. As a result, his company has refused to cooperate with mine. Now, I want you to go to his company and apologize. I don't care how you do it, but I'll let the restaurant's reputation issue slide as long as this contract is signed. Otherwise, I'll stop providing for your sister's medical expenses if this fails. The rest is up to you!"

When Isabella suddenly mentions this matter and uses the money for her sister's medical treatment as leverage, Benjamin's anger grows even more robust. However, after some thought, he could not refuse Isabella's request. So, with a highly disgusted tone, he responded to her.

"Fine, I'll comply with your request. But I won't let you off the hook for what just happened. You dare to resort to such despicable and shameless tactics against me. As for our divorce, don't even think about it."

In response to Benjamin's words, there was a moment of silence from Isabella. After quite a while, her voice rang out once more.

"Although I don't know what happened to you, I've never used despicable methods against you. So, whether you believe me or not is up to you. As for our divorce, I'll make my own decision. Whether you agree or not, it's not up to you to decide."

"Hmph, I'll just wait and see. When the time comes, I want to see your true colors."

He hung up. At this point, in her office, Isabella's gaze became freezing as she stared intently at her sister.

"What did you just say? You said he's been having affairs with other women and even let you catch him. You want to use this evidence to make him divorce me?"

Standing before Isabella was her sister, Kinsley. Moreover, in Kinsley's hand was a camera, her expression furious.

"That's right! What kind of person are you? And what kind of person is he? Yet, he dared to sneak away from you and do such a conscienceless thing. Sister, you must divorce him this time. With the evidence I have, even if he refuses to divorce, the court will help you divorce him."

"Shut up!"

Before Kinsley could finish speaking, Isabella's face turned frighteningly cold. She angrily shouted, silencing Kinsley.

"Without my permission, who allowed you to do such a thing? Do you know how he just scolded me? He said I was shameless and had no dignity."

"What are you saying, sister? Why... why would he dare to scold you?"

Suddenly being scolded by Isabella, Kinsley's face showed confusion. Then, Isabella's cold gaze met her once more. At this point, Kinsley finally realized that Isabella had discovered her actions.

However, in her heart, Kinsley didn't think she was wrong. On the contrary, she appeared smug, holding the camera before Isabella and excitedly speaking.

"You don't need to pay attention to that worthless man anymore. With this evidence, whether he wants to or not, the court can decide on the divorce."

"Be quiet!"

In her anger, Isabella yelled once more. Then, with a severe gaze, she looked at her sister.

"Kinsley, I'm reminding you one more time. I can handle my affairs, and you don't need to interfere, understood?"

Upon seeing Isabella's angry demeanor, Kinsley didn't dare to push her luck this time, instead lowering her head and whispering a reply.

"Yes, I understand!"

However, deep within Kinsley, her resentment for Benjamin grew more. Until now, Isabella had never scolded her as much as she did lately. But these past few days, Isabella had berated her numerous times because of that good-for-nothing Benjamin.

Seeing her sister's disappointed expression, Isabella could only sigh internally. She wasn't quite sure what was going through her sister's mind. After a brief thought, Isabella took the camera from Kinsley's hand, then spoke softly.

"Alright, I can handle my problems. It would be best if you stopped pulling those stunts in the future. If Dad finds out, he won't be happy."

Hearing mention of their father, who they only saw a few times a year, a shudder ran through Kinsley. Soon after, she left Isabella's company.

Meanwhile, following Isabella's instructions, Benjamin went to the Walsh family's company to apologize to Corbin.

"Hey, where do you think you're going? This place isn't for outsiders, only those with business are allowed in. If you don't have the proper credentials, you can't just wander around here."

As Benjamin tried to find a way to meet the CEO of the Walsh family's company, he suddenly heard a security guard yelling nearby. At once, Benjamin's eyes lit up.

"Great! I finally found someone I know! Hey, buddy, do you recognize me?"

Seeing Benjamin running towards him with a beaming smile and waving, the security guard's expression became guarded, and he stepped back.

"Who are you? Have we met before?"

"Yes, of course, we have!"

Although the security guard appeared cautious, Benjamin's smile only grew brighter.

"Do you not remember me? I gave him a good beating the last time your boss went to the restaurant. I remember clearly that you were one of the people to cover Corbin. Moreover, you even stepped up to fight me. Do you remember now?"

"What? What did you just say?"

The security guard's face showed sheer terror, as if he had heard some horrifying news. Immediately, he pulled out his walkie-talkie from his pocket and yelled.

"A big deal happen! Something bad happened! We need help here. The guy who broke our boss's nose is here. Where are you guys? Hurry and come help me!"

Hearing the loud call of the security guard, Benjamin's eyes widened. However, he had no intention of leaving. After all, he was here to apologize, so he had to show sincerity, right?

Nonetheless, the security guard's face was agitated. He had witnessed Benjamin's ferocity that day, punching Corbin right in the front and leaving his nose still bandaged.

"You... don't come any closer. I... I've already called for backup. You... you'd better be honest."

Although he held an iron baton in his hand, the security guard's trembling appearance here amused Benjamin slightly. However, he didn't have to wait too long. In about five or six minutes, a group of fully armed guards surrounded his position, leaving no gaps.

"Ha... Ha... dear friends, you shouldn't be so hasty. I came here to apologize to your boss for last time's incident at the restaurant."

Seeing everyone gathered, even Corbin was leisurely walking down the stairs. At this moment, Benjamin spread his arms wide, turning towards them, looking extremely sincere.
