Chapter 15
The young man stepped forward, casting a disdainful look at Isaac. Then, he quickly took off his shirt, revealing a black singlet underneath that showed off his muscular figure.

His bulging muscles seemed to be asserting dominance, and he even bounced his pecs a few times. He snorted aggressively, “Punk, did you say you wanted to beat my wife’s mouth into a pulp?”

Willow’s courage grew. She pointed at Isabella and said loudly, “That’s right, I called her a bastard child—are you going to hit me? Are you going to bash my mouth? She’s a bastard child, a bastard child. I’m calling her a bastard child…”

“You deserve to get slapped!” Isaac glared at Willow, then he held Isabella’s hand and walked inside.

He muttered as he walked away, “I need to be a good guest at the wedding.”

Willow’s husband saw that Isaac was about to “slip away” and opened his mouth to speak when a hand landed on his shoulder.

“You’re a black belt, right? How’s your pain tolerance?”

The young man turned around to find a 6’5” tall Beefy Bob chuckling. Just as he was about to reach out Beefy Bob’s wrist, he suddenly saw a huge fist coming toward him.

Bam!

“Ah…” The young man’s nose busted. Blood flew from his nose, and his body fell backward.

Edward and Margaret were dumbfounded. Willow’s jaw dropped. Suddenly, a black shadow shrouded her, and Beefy Bob was standing right in front of her.

“Next time, remember to call Isabelle ‘princess’.” Beefy Bob grinned, then he raised his hand.

He slapped her several times in quick succession until blood began to spew from Willow’s nose.

When Edward saw his daughter getting beaten up, his heart broke, but he didn’t dare to go up against Beefy Bob. Instead, he turned his head and shouted, “Somebody, call the ambulance!”

Suddenly, he saw a black Land Rover drive in. He ran toward the car as if he’d found his savior.

The Land Rover stopped, and a middle-aged man wearing a long, blue robe and black shoes alighted from the back seat.

The man had a square face and a buzzcut. He looked tough and had a bulky build. As soon as he got down, people quickly surrounded him to butter him up.

It was the head of the Thundermine Martial Arts Center, Ray Luther!

“Ray, you’re here. You must seek vengeance for me.” Edward rushed toward Ray with tears in his eyes.

Ray frowned after he heard Edward’s complaints, smiling coldly. “I never thought such a madman would show up in Cloud City. Edward, show him to me. Today, I will see for myself how strong this person is.”

Behind the hotel was a spacious field, which was the venue for the wedding. Almost 30 guests were already seated on the white chairs while staff milled around, busy making preparations.

The air was refreshing after the rain, but Allegra was a bit nervous. They had beat up Willow and her husband just now; would her uncle leave the matter at that?

“Garten, how dare you injure my daughter and son-in-law? Don’t think you’ll get away with it today.” An angry roar drew the attention of the guests.

Edward charged over like a wild bull. Behind him were Ray and a fit young man.

But he quickly screeched to a halt when he saw Beefy Bob standing next to Isaac. He turned to look at Ray with anger and fear in his eyes.

Ray understood immediately. With his hands behind his back, he walked over to Isaac leisurely. He regarded Isaac up and down before snorting and saying, “Edward is a good friend of mine. You hurt his daughter and son-in-law—do you dare to spar with me?”

At that moment, people began to exclaim in shock, getting to their feet.

“Isn’t that Mr. Luther from the Thundermine Martial Arts Center? What’s he doing here?”

“Didn’t you see? That punk just beat up Mr. Gould’s daughter and son-in-law, so Mr. Luther is going to teach him a lesson.”

“Who’s that punk? Mr. Luther has been friends with Mr. Gould for over a decade. Isn’t he just asking to die?”

Upon listening to the audience’s tittering, Isaac looked at Ray with an airy smile. He waved his hand and said, “You still have time to back out.”

“What did you say?” Ray suddenly raised his voice, his body exuding a terrifying force.

“You’re not worthy of fighting me.” Isaac glanced at Ray. He slowly sat in his seat after he spoke.

Ray sucked in a cold breath when he heard those words, the muscles on his face twitching.

“Ray, you saw that, right? This punk is simply arrogant,” Edward said, gritting his teeth.

Ray snorted, glaring straight at Isaac. “Young man, I’m giving you one last chance to apologize to me, and I might consider going easy on you.”

But Isaac simply ignored him. Instead, he took out his phone and began to play games with Isabelle. Allegra was terrified, but she could only remain seated, her body leaning toward Isabelle.

Getting ignored by Isaac only made Ray’s face grow stormier. His fists were already clenched tight.

“Punk, are you acting as if I don’t exist?” Ray suddenly yelled in anger, pointing his finger at Isaac.

Everyone looked over. The guests near Ray looked like they had the living daylights scared out of them and got up to hide.

Ray and Edward were baring their teeth while Isaac looked calm, and Beefy Bob stood there, chuckling with a lollipop in his mouth. It was a strange sight to behold.

As Ray was about to grab Isaac’s shoulder, Beefy Bob suddenly swung his right arm at him.

Ray reacted instantly. Moving his hands rapidly, he delivered a punch toward Beefy Bob.

His fist met with Beefy Bob’s palm with a loud noise. Ray's eyes widened, taking a few backward steps as he looked at Beefy Bob in shock. His right hand was stinging.

This fatso was strong!

“Scram, and leave Isaac alone.” Beefy Bob cast a sideway glance at Ray disdainfully.

Ray was shaking with fury. But since it was Andrew’s big day today, he forced himself to put a lid on his anger.

“Why, things sure are lively today.” A laugh sounded from behind. The crowd immediately parted to form a path. It was Gregory, sitting in a wheelchair pushed by Andrew, who was dressed in his wedding suit.

Some of the guests were able to identify him as Mr. Merck Jr., and they were stunned.

Why were the big shots of Cloud City showing up one after another?

When Edward saw who had arrived, he immediately put on a flattering smile. “Mr. Merck Jr., you’re here. What an occasion.”

Ray’s expression calmed down slightly, and he nodded politely at Gregory.

“Mr. Luther, why do you look so upset on this happy occasion?” Gregory asked, smiling at Ray.

Ray snorted, glaring at Isaac's back. “Mr. Merck Jr., unfortunately, I stepped in shit today. This punk injured my friend’s daughter and her husband, so I wanted to take him in a fight, but he had the guts to say that I am not worthy of fighting him.”

Both Gregory and Andrew turned toward Isaac. Andrew’s mood suddenly changed, and he shouted, “Garten, how dare you hurt my cousin and her husband and still have the gall to sit here? Did you really think we can’t do anything to you?”

“Son, if it weren’t for your wedding today, I would teach this punk a lesson he would never forget. I’ve trained over 300 disciples in Cloud City, and this is the first time I’ve gotten ignored.” Ray sucked in a breath, trying to talk his way out.

When Gregory looked at Isaac, a cold light sparkled in his eye. He snorted and said, “Mr. Luther, I fully support you in teaching this bastard a lesson. I’m sure Andrew agrees, right?”

Upon hearing that, Andrew immediately nodded and said loudly, “Mr. Luther, if you could teach his little shit a lesson and squash him, my family and I will be eternally grateful to you.”

Isaac suddenly frowned. He slowly turned his head and uttered lowly, “Impudent!”
