FATE GIVES SECOND CHANCES

The Alarm clock stopped…55 minutes past 7… it was time to get up from the bed, he wasn’t sure if he was ready to start yet another day, but he had to believe that fate gives second chances.

Finally, he woke up from his bed, stretching his legs towards the edge of his bed, he went straight to his bathroom, to brush his teeth and wash his face.

He did the little arrangement he had to do in his room and he sat on his bed, trying so hard not to think about his bad experiences he had working in havens supermarket. He knew fully well that he was framed, but he had no proof, he was all alone.

However, he was happy because the only person who cares for him in this world believed him, and to him, it meant a lot.

He left his room, to check up on his grandmother and then prepare for breakfast, El prepared their morning breakfast which was sandwich bread and tea they ate to their satisfaction.

He cleared the dining table, and then he decided to listen to the news to know if at all there was anything good to hear from them.

Likewise, he had nothing scheduled for that day, so he decided to spend it with his grandmother. They both went to market and bought some food items they were lacking in the house.

Granny, mercy, was happy her little grandson has grown into a fine young gentleman and this gave her a feeling of happiness.

After they must have bought the few things needed to be bought, they set off to their home. Nana was back to telling him a story as they walk. Which made him to laugh like the good old times.

Evening of that same day, he sat with his grandmother, he knew that he was going to learn so much more about the past which she never got tired of telling hm. He listened and never, for once, did he get bored about it even after hearing it for more millions of times?

His grandmother was like his everything, and despite the fact he had no source of income anymore he's never still tired searching for once.

However, it was half past 8 at night, it was times to go to bed, Elvis took his grandmother to her room before going to his room where his demons. As he sat on his bed he was so confused for what next to do with his life, he feared looking for another work, but he still couldn’t continue to stay indoors all through the day.

Passing through the lonely street of dobra, he came across a poster, boldly written:

He decided to copy the number and call it once he gets home. In an hour later, he had gotten home, he told his Nana about a job flier he came across on his way home.

He went ahead, to ask her if it was a good idea to give it a try, she replied to him with a heartwarming smile.

Elvis decided, to give it his best shot, and see if truly something good can come out from it. He called the number and the voice he heard was a male voice, they exchanged greetings and Elvis stated the reason he called. He was asked to come for an interview which was to hold in three days’ time.

Likewise, he prepared really well for the interview because it was his first interview, and he would rather not flop.

Three days from the present day was 25th April 2022.

Hotel Del Luna is a property owned by one of the richest families in South America by the name Alleyne Griffith, built in the year 1997 and was completed and commissioned in the year 2001.

Alleyne Griffith, is a member of the third-richest personalities in South America, he owns many properties he acquired from his father Baithwate Griffith.

Alleyne had piercing green eyes, sandy blond hair, and stood a stocky, solid six-foot-two.

He was adventurous and the people may say, he tries to explore more new experiences and live life to the fullest. He has many friends, as well as so many enemies. Not only that, but he has a personality that revolves around his goals and improving his situation. Not only that, but he was seven feet tall, but very narrow in the shoulder, and he was fat.

At the tie he was twenty-five he has acquired many properties and Hotel Del Luna was one of them.

He has already read enough, and he didn’t have more to add, as he has read about the family of Griffith.

The next day which was the day for the interview, he dressed nicely and off he went to the venue of the interview which was at Luke Shaw street dobro off Bridgerton road. He searched the whole street, before he was able to find the building he was looking for.

With so much excitement, the young twenty-two-year-old boy knocked at the entrance door, he was directed by one of the workers directed him on where he would enter and wait for his time.

As he entered, the crowd waiting patiently to be called in for the interview were much, he almost gave up, but he didn’t because going back would mean he was accepting defeat when it was not yet over.

He waited patiently for about 1 hour before it was his out to come in for the interview. He entered with so much confident, and he greeted all the faces he saw there, and he was asked to introduce himself which he did

They asked him many questions which he answered correctly without any hesitation. The judges were so much impressed by his performance that he was given “BRAVO ZULU” which meant WELL DONE in the military slangs.
